The Soul, the ‘Self’ has neither five elements, nor any of the organs individually, nor all the elements or organs.+

The Soul, the ‘Self’ has neither five elements, nor any of the organs individually, nor all the elements or organs together as a whole. The body and universe exist within the waking or dream. Thus, the body and the universe are limited to waking or dream.

The Self is hidden within the universe, which appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality). It is within the waking or dream as their formless substance and it is without the waking or dream as their formless witness. It is within because the waking or dream is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Thus, the forms and names within waking or dream have no value because the waking or dreams are merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

The waking or dreams are impermanent whereas the formless substance and witness of the waking or dream is the Soul, which is real and permanent, and eternal.

The Soul, the Self ‘is beyond the waking or dream because it is neither the waking entity nor it is the dream entity.

The Soul, the Self exists by itself only in deep sleep without the limitation of sense of form, time, and space.

The Soul, the Self is the attributeless, non-dual entity that alone prevails when all the three states are negated mentally. ~Santthosh Kumaar

As your inner conviction about the Soul grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’+

As your inner conviction about the Soul grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’

As we keep thinking and reasoning deeper and deeper, the truth will shines as pure awareness in the midst of the duality (waking).
The Soul, the ‘Self’ is your ultimate teacher. It is only your inner teacher that will walk with you to the goal, for the Soul is the goal.
Millions are searching for truth but one in million will realize it. You are one from that million because you have the intense urge to realize the ultimate truth.
When the seeker is ready, the guidance comes on its own. An earnest desire to grow and a sense of deep commitment are the hallmarks of one who aspires to be a seeker.
When at the core of one’s being a person comes to realize he/she needs to seek a path for coming out of one’s unconscious and conditioned life, mysteriously the guidance appears to guide and shows the way.
Read repeatedly my postings and blogs and reflect and reason deeply which helps you to create a mental yardstick in your subconscious to discriminate between ‘what is the truth? And what is the untruth?
When the subconscious is receptive and ready then it will start rejecting the untruth and finally, then the Soul, the 'Self’ alone will prevail as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
There is no practice as such, but perfect understanding is needed to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.
A deeper Self-search reveals the fact that the Self is not physical, but the Self is Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Therefore, all the accumulated knowledge, experiences, and understanding based on the ego are falsehood because the ego is the false self, within the false experience (waking).
The ‘Self’ is not you. You are the ego. The ego is the waking entity. Thus, whatever is based on the waking entity is bound to be falsehood because the waking experience itself is a falsehood. All the Gurus and their teachings limit the ‘Self’ as individuality. Thus, they yield only half-truth.
There is a need to realize the three states, which come and go, are is merely an illusion. All three states are made of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
It is your sincerity and seriousness that will make you reach the ultimate end of understanding and realization.:~Santthosh Kumaar

A Gnani is an exceptional one because he sees the world in which he exists as consciousness.+

Ignorant see the world through egocentric vision, so he takes the world in which he exists as a reality.

Gnani sees the world in which he exists from soulcentric vision so, he sees the world as nothing but an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

A Gnani is an exceptional one because he sees the world in which he exists as consciousness. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness infinite. The Soul alone is real and eternal therefore the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth, the one without the second. One without the second means Advaita.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.

Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is tough to realize because you have accumulated mental garbage from different sources in the name of Advaita. Until you discard all the accumulated knowledge you will never be able to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self shines in its own awareness when wisdom dawns.

The Advaita is the Soul is the cause and the support of all that exists as the world in which we exist. Advaita is the nature of God, the innermost Self.

The Advaita is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the root element of the universe. From the Advaita, the universe comes into existence. In the Advaita, the universe resides. And into the Advaita, the universe is dissolved. The Advaita is the parent of all that is there is.

Remember:~

The look of an object will depend upon the medium through which the observer views it. Our mental and intellectual conditions determine the object (three states), observed, and experienced. The commoner viewing the world will see differently from a Gnani viewing the same world. Each one interprets the world that they see in terms of their existing knowledge. The commoner sees everything based on the ego, therefore, he sees the world in which he exists as a reality, whereas a Gnani sees everything as consciousness and he is fully aware of the fact that, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul or the consciousness (subject).

Thus, all the objective observation has to be bifurcated to realize the ultimate truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Only on the dualistic perspective, the changes take place. On a non-dualistic perspective, there are no changes. Those who believe in the dualistic world as a real feel the knowledge changes from time to time but they must realize their knowledge is limited to the form time and space whereas Self-knowledge is the knowledge of the beyond the form, time, and space.

The change is possible only in ignorance. Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the world in which exists as a reality. Consciousness is the cause of the world in which we exist and it, itself is uncaused.

The world in which we exist is dependent on the consciousness for its existence but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is independent.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the world in which we exist is merely an illusion or Maya.

Only within the illusion the changes take place, the illusory changes within the illusion is bound to be an illusion. In reality, consciousness alone is real and eternal. Thus, the knowledge of the eternal will be always eternal.

The intellectual knowledge based on the form, time, and space is bound to change from time to time as science progresses in its dualistic inventions.

The consciousness is ever changeless because it is the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is nothing to realize other than realizing you and the world in which you exist is created out of the Soul, the Self.+

A Gnani is neither anyone’s gurus nor any one’s disciple. A Gnani respects all the Sages of the past and highlights good points in their teaching and he also highlights how their wisdom obstacles, which blocks the realization of the ultimate truth.

A Gnani does not transmit Gnana but he shares the pointers to realize the truth. These pointers help the seekers to realize the truth which is hidden by ignorance.

There is no need for a guru to know that you and your guru and the world in which you exist are created out of single stuff and that single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of that single stuff is the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Gnana is given neither from outside nor from another person.

There is no need to follow anyone. There is no need to practice anything. Perfect understanding and assimilation of ‘what is what’, leads to the realization of the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani)

~ then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~ then why you indulge in studying the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study philosophy, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in studying philosophies.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge rituals, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in rituals.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge yoga, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in yoga.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

There is nothing to realize other than realizing the fact that, you and the world in which you exist are created out of single stuff and that single stuff is the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

Thus, you and the world in which you exist is nothing but consciousness. Thus, by realizing this truth the Soul becomes free from the cage of the illusory form, time, and space. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Until identify the Self as you the ignorance will prevail.+

Until identify the Self as you the ignorance will prevail. It is your habitual ‘I-centric’ attitude that will not allow knowing the truth hidden by the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

Remember:~

The form, time, and space are connected to the ‘I’.

The experience of birth, life, death, and the world is connected to the ‘I’.

The waking experience is connected to the ‘I’.

The dream is connected to the ‘I’.

The universe in which you exist is connected to the ‘I.

The mind is connected to the ‘I’.

The Self is not the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is permanent because it is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

Why are you struggling to find out who you are? You will never find the answer if you get stuck to the ‘I’. Find out ‘what is this ‘I’, which appears and disappears.

What is that is aware of the coming and going, of the ‘I’?

Without realizing ‘what is this ‘I’ you will never be able to realize the mystery of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ is the most intoxicating stuff. Those who use the word ‘I’ for the ‘Self ‘will never be able to cross the threshold of the dualistic illusion.

The ‘I’ based teachings will not transport the seeker to the ultimate end of understanding.

‘I’ is the cage for the Soul. ‘I’ is the cause of ignorance. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the only weapon to get rid of ignorance.

The ‘I’ based teachings will not transport the seeker to the ultimate end of understanding. Perfect understanding of ‘what is this ‘I’ leads to realizing the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "mine," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

For meditation, one needs not to sit and chant God's name or concentrate on some object. Anything you do will not be meditation.+

For meditation, one needs not to sit and chant God's name or concentrate on some object. Anything you do will not be meditation.

If there is a doer then it is not meditation. As long as there is doing, there is ignorance. As long as the doer is present, the ego is present.

If the ego is present the whole world is present. If the world is present the duality is present. If the duality is present then there is an illusion. If the illusion is present the birth, life, death, and the world is experienced as reality.

By realizing the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana leads to Self-awareness.

In Self-awareness, the Soul, the Self, remains in its own awareness in the midst of the form, time, and space. Thus, Self-awareness is real meditation. Mediation is the nature of the Soul, the Self.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads to Self-awareness. By holding onto theories one remains in the realm of duality. You have to mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper Self-search.

Finally when you become aware of the fact that, your ego, your body, and the world are one in essence then there is Self-awareness in the midst of dualistic illusion or Maya.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Ashtavakra Samhita: ~Gnani though living like an ordinary man, is contrary to him and only those like him understand his state.+

A person who realized the ultimate truth or Brahman will throw off his religious robe and all religious identity and lives like a commoner. He never identifies himself as Gnani nor does he identify himself as superior to others. He only shares his knowledge with fellow seekers.
A Gnani never identifies himself as a Guru or a Yogi or someone disciple. The one who accepts himself as a Guru or someone’s disciple is not a Gnani.
Ashtavakra Samhita: ~ "The man of knowledge (Gnani), though living like an ordinary man, is contrary to him and only those like him understand his state.
A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.
The truth-seeker seeks only the truth. The inner Sage will guide you with love. Your sincerity and seriousness lead you to your inner core. Sincere and serious seekers are not excluded.
All the chosen ones will get freedom from experiencing the illusion (duality) as a reality. All the seekers of truth are chosen ones.
Katha Upanishads: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. ( II -23-P-20)
All the chosen ones will get freedom from experiencing the illusion (duality) as a reality. All the seekers of truth are chosen ones.
Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread." (Select Works of Sage Sankara" also his commentary on Brihad)
Thus, the above passage proves that all those who were the sanyasin robes are wearing it for the sake of bread belongs to the religion; they are nothing to do with the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. There is no need to criticize and condemn the Gurus, yogis, and swamis because they are needed for the welfare of ignorant masses in the dualistic world.
Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani)
~ Then why you are sticking to a Guru who is not a Gnani.
That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.” : ~Santthosh Kumaar

What is it that becomes waking experience? What is it that becomes the dream?+

Where is the dream world when the waking takes place? Where is the waking world in which you exist when the dream is going on?

The dream people and dream world disappeared when the waking reappears, then what substance this waking and the dream and the deep sleep are made of?

What is it that was aware of this coming and going of the three states?

What is it that becomes the waking experience?

What is it that becomes the dream?

What is it that remains without waking or dream in deep sleep?

~ The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, becomes the waking experience. It is the Soul that becomes the dream and it is the Soul that remains without waking or dream in deep sleep.

All three states are created out of single stuff. The Seer of the Seen (three states) are one in essence. So, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Rest in consciousness by realizing everything is consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Ishopanishad:~ "They are steeped in ignorance and sunk into the greatest depth of misery who worships the matter, instead of the all-pervading God.+

Isa Upanishad says: ~ Andharh tamah pravisanti ye Vidyam upasate, tato bhuya iva te tamo ya u vidyayarh ratah.

Ish Upanishads:-

MANTRA 10

Vidya and Avidya both are hindrances to Self-knowledge, but Vidya is even worse than Avidya. The word Vidya is used here in a special sense; here it means worshipping Gods and Goddesses. By worshipping Gods and Goddesses you will go after death to the world of Gods and Goddesses. But will that help you? The time you spend there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of Gods and Goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into darkness.

Avidya is Karma and therefore a hindrance. You perform Avidya - i.e., you perform Agnihotra and other sacrifices. This is a roundabout way of purifying the mind, and it is also groping in the dark. But it may not have as heavy a toll on your time and energy as the other.

Ishopanishad:~  "They are steeped in ignorance and sunk into the greatest depth of misery who worships the matter, instead of the all-pervading God and those who worship things born of matter like trees, animals, man, etc. are sunk deeper in misery."

Ish Upanishad: - Those people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide.

10/11/12

Those people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide, as it were, are doomed to enter those worlds after death.

This is a condemnation of people who do not try to attain Self-knowledge. They are, in a real sense, committing suicide, for what can be worse than being a slave to sense enjoyment, completely oblivious of the real purpose of life, which is to be one’s, own master?

As indicated in ISH Upanishads: ~ “By worshipping Gods and Goddesses you will go after death to the world of Gods and Goddesses. But will that help you? The time you spend there is wasted because if you were not there you could have spent that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is your goal. In the world of Gods and Goddesses, you cannot do that, and thus you go deeper and deeper into darkness.

It clearly indicates that:-If the human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge then why one has to indulge in rituals and glorifying the conceptual Gods, Goddesses and Gurus to go into deeper darkness. Instead spend that time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is one’s prime goal.
Into blinding darkness enter those who cling to ignorance, but into still deeper darkness go those, who flirt with knowledge. It is the promotion of nescience with the help of scholarship to justify the worship of a mortal in lieu, of God. It makes no difference whether God is conceived as clothed with attributes (saguna} or as absolute attribute-less existence (nirguna).

Gods and goddesses are merely religious beliefs not God in truth. God is universal. God in truth does not belong to any particular religion. Every religion has its own God but religious Gods are based on belief.

Remember:~

People believe everything that comes from their religion is true. Until you find cogent reasons for disbelieving it. Everything that comes from other than their religious belief people take as false.

Until people find cogent reasons for disbelieving their religion it is impossible for them to make them accept anything else as truth other than their accepted truth.

God is universal. God does not belong to any particular religion. Religion breeds superstition because religion is based on blind belief or faith.

Belief is not the truth. Belief breeds superstition. All religiously propagated dogmas are nothing but superstition.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ “If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.
***
How can you worship the Absolute? That implies two ~ the worshiper and the worshiped, whereas the Absolute is nondual. One can worship his idea of the Absolute only or realize his unity with it when he can’t worship it as apart.

Upanishads say in effect that: ~ If you believe that the ‘the Soul, the Self’ is one and God (Brahman) is another you cannot understand Truth.

The religion preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self.

People all over the world in the past and present accepted the idea of the existence of God. The fear of God injected by the religion was the root cause of worship, superstitions, and dogmas. Religious belief is passed on to the populace from one generation to the next generation.

Realizing the single stuff of which this universe in which you exist is made, is Truth realization or Self-realization or God-realization.

When the expression itself is illusory, then the evolution within the illusory expression is bound to be an illusion. Thus, the evolution theory holds no water from the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self.

The belief system preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self. :

Controlling the senses and desire is a religious and yogic fable. By controlling the senses and by destroying the desire ignorance will not vanish.+

Controlling the senses and desire is a religious and yogic fable. By controlling the senses and by destroying the desire ignorance will not vanish.

Freedom from the illusory bondage of form, time, and space arises only when you realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul.

Until you hold the ‘Self’ as the ‘I’ you will remain in ignorance. ‘I’ based t gurus and their teaching blocks you from the realization of truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The ‘I’ itself is the cause of ignorance. The ‘I’ oriented teachings keep one intoxicated to the dualistic illusion.

Those who are stuck up with the Gurus will never be able to cross the threshold of the dualistic illusion.

Be an independent seeker. Think reason and deeply reflect constantly, the truth will start revealing on its own.

People hold every guru and their teaching as sacred and worship them to get self-realization. Such worship will lead to hallucinations.

Upanishads:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’ in truth.

The path of wisdom attracts only those who are in search of truth and they appreciate it greatly. The ignorant are not spiritually matured the receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The ignorant indulge in argument and provocation and personal attack, which hinders their own realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.
