Controlling the senses and desire is a religious and yogic fable. By controlling the senses and by destroying the desire ignorance will not vanish.

Freedom from the illusory bondage of form, time, and space arises only when you realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul.

Until you hold the ‘Self’ as the ‘I’ you will remain in ignorance. ‘I’ based t gurus and their teaching blocks you from the realization of truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The ‘I’ itself is the cause of ignorance. The ‘I’ oriented teachings keep one intoxicated to the dualistic illusion.

Those who are stuck up with the Gurus will never be able to cross the threshold of the dualistic illusion.

Be an independent seeker. Think reason and deeply reflect constantly, the truth will start revealing on its own.

People hold every guru and their teaching as sacred and worship them to get self-realization. Such worship will lead to hallucinations.

The ignorant indulge in argument and provocation and personal attack, which hinders their own realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

That is why Jesus said: ~ “Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)

~ He meant knowledge of the Spirit or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Bhagavad Gita says ~ “Don't unsettle the minds of ignorant by revealing the esoteric truth." :~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is no need to follow anyone. Self-realization becomes easy if you independently walk your path.+
