To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like injecting medicine into a corpse. If one is seeking truth there is no need to discuss no need to argue but read and think and reason deeply the truth will start revealing on its own.
In reality, there is no scope for two. Advaita means one without the second. Advaita means the Soul. The Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, is one without the second.
Consciousness is one without the second because the world in which you exist is created out of consciousness. Thus, everything is consciousness. No second thing exists other than consciousness. The consciousness alone is real and eternal.
Advaitic truth has to be grasped mentally by realizing the form, time and space are one in essence.
Advaitic wisdom will not dawn by questioning. The questions, answers, questioner and answerer, and the world in which they exist are created out of single stuff. Knowledge of this single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
To acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed. One will not be able to Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana by accumulating dualistic knowledge.
There is nothing to discuss or argue in the Atmic path. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is knowledge of one without the second. Where there is no second thing then what is there to argue and discuss.
Remember:~
Many are interested in arguing on the basis of accumulated knowledge, but they do not understand the fact that neither by arguing nor by provoking the wisdom will not dawn.
The path of wisdom does not need any support from any scriptures, philosophy, and words of great people of the past because the path of wisdom is the path of verification not the path of argument.
The seeker has to get all his doubts and confusion cleared by discussing. The seeker should not hold his accumulated knowledge as a yardstick.
The ultimate truth or Brahman cannot be compared with any other knowledge because it is not based on form, time, and space
The Atmic path is not for the religious and yogic minded people. Religious and yogic people must move on their chosen path.
The Atmic path is for only seekers of truth who are seriously searching for the truth of their own existence.
Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it.
Self’- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus we find traces of the knowledge of the Spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.
Advaitic wisdom rises gradually by the weakening of ignorance as understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ matures.
Remember:~
A Gnani is a rational thinker. A Gnani will not be so foolish as to argue with an irrational man; the latter will put great warmth of feeling into his words, whereas the other will remain cool and calm headed, not wasting his time in attempting to reason with someone who is incapable of reasoning calmly, but can only rationalize his emotions.
What is there to discuss and argue and exchange opinions? If one is seeking truth there is no need to discuss no need to argue but read and think and reason deeply the truth will start revealing on its own. Be an independent thinker. Do not accept anything without verification the seeker should not argue and waste his time. The argument will not yield the truth.
Only the intellectuals argue to exhibit their intellectual wealth. The intellectual argument is based on ego. The egocentric intellectuality is limited to the form, time, and space. The truth you are seeking is based on the Soul. The Soul is beyond the form, time, and space. Thus, what is the use of egocentric argument in the soulcentric discussion?
That is why Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true
The wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is the consciousness. The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul or the consciousness, the innermost Self, is quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman.
Ashtavakra: ~ Diamonds are not many; only pebbles and rocks are so common. A single diamond is enough.
Intellectuals argue, if everything is consciousness, how can one give up anything? Can you give up anything? These types of questions are speculation based on the waking entity (ego), which is the false self within the false experience. Without knowing the ‘Self is not the form but the ‘Self’ is formless it is impossible to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.
All their speculation is limited to the domain of the form, time, and space whereas the truth is beyond the form, time, and space. They are incapable of understanding and assimilating truth, which is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. they refuse to verify and they want the truth on their own terms. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
