Buddhism rejects the existence of the Soul and criticizes Vedas but they fail to realize Nonduality is Vedic essence because Advaita is Vedic spirituality or Adyathma.

Buddhists fail to realize without the Soul there is no nonduality. nonduality is the nature of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Buddhism rejects the existence of the Soul and criticizes Vedas. Even some modern thinkers endorse no soul idea but they fail to realize Nonduality is Vedic essence because Advaita is Vedic spirituality or Adyathma.

On the Vedic perspective, the Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. Without the Atman, the universe ceases to exist.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma' - Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

There is only one Soul, which is the cause of the universe. The universe ceases to exist without the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Sage Sankara: ~ “VC~ All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC-63- "Without knowing and examining the universe, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, in something which is detrimental to our spiritual progress.

Buddhism has not proved the truth of Non-duality. There is no doubt Bhagavan Buddha pointed out the unreality of the world. He told people they were foolish to cling to it. But he stopped there. He came nearest to Advaita in speech but not to Advaita fully.

Without the Athma or Soul, there is no nonduality because, Without Athma or Soul, the universe ceases to exist. By rejecting the existence of the Soul they are rejecting the truth hidden by the ignorance.

The Soul, the Self is Self-evident. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny the Soul because it is the very essence of the one who denies it.

The Soul is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. The Soul alone is real, all else is merely an illusion created out of the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness.

Dalai Lama said:~  Buddhism has no answer to certain questions like the existence of Atama (Soul) and rebirth. Modern science, Dalai Lama hoped would unearth the mystery behind the rebirth

Buddhist believe in reincarnation or rebirth. and Bhagavan Buddha talked about transmigration without a Soul.

Buddhism has not proved the truth of Nonduality. Buddha pointed out the unreality of the world, we agree. He told people they were foolish to cling to it. But he stopped there. He came nearest to Vedanta in speech but not to Vedanta fully.

Buddhism: ~ Buddhist teaching has itself become a kind of interactive and Self -evolving process, much like its idea of pratityasamutpada. However, the end goal is still Nirvana, which is an experience ultimately beyond all concepts and language, even beyond the Buddhist teachings. In the end, even the attachment to the Dharma, the Buddhist teaching, must be dropped like all other attachments. The tradition compares the teaching to a raft upon which one crosses a swift river to get to the other side; once one is on the far shore; there is no longer any need to carry the raft. The far shore is Nirvana, and it is also said that when one arrives, one can see quite clearly that there was never any river at all.

Reincarnation was not a Vedic belief. Belief in reincarnation which is central to Hinduism of today is not really attested to in the Vedas though they hint at life after death. The doctrine of transmigration as elaborated in Hinduism has no place in the Vedic hymns”.

Sage Sankara disagrees with Buddhists who say, there is nothing - a nonentity. Sage Sri, Sankara believes there is some reality, even though things are not what they appear to be. If one knows the truth, he will know what to do to find inspiration for action. The seeker of truth‘s subject is to know what is it that is Real.

Buddhism says: all things are illusory and nothing exists. However, Advaita avers that it is not so. It says that the universe, of course, is illusory, but there is Brahman (consciousness), that exists forming the very substratum of all things (illusion or universe).

Remember:~

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

On the Vedic perspective, the Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. Without the Atman, the universe ceases to exist.

The Soul is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. The Soul alone is real, all else is merely an illusion created out of the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness.

Dalai Lama said:~ Buddhism need not be the best religion though it is most scientific and religion and inquisitive. But Buddhism has no answer to certain questions like the existence of Atama (Soul) and rebirth. Dali Lama said that as an individual he believes in rebirth as he had come across a few cases of rebirth. Modern science, Dalai Lama hoped would unearth the mystery behind the rebirth. (In DH –dec-212009-Gulbarga).

Remember:~

There are no individual Souls.

The Soul is not an individual. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. The Soul is the cause of the universe which contains the whole of humanity. Thus, limiting the Soul to an individual is erroneous.

Sage Sankara asks his opponents "How do you know there are separate individual Souls? Have you seen the Soul of a man? You can only say that you have seen different bodies. To say more is to misuse language. Therefore I call you liars unless you give proof, which is impossible.

The Soul, the ‘Self’ is in the form of consciousness without the division of form, time, and space. The form, time, and space are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. The Soul, the ‘Self’, is the fullness of consciousness. In the cloud there is nothing other than the water, so too consciousness is nothing other than itself. Consciousness is absolute without a second.

The moon reflecting on the water and appearing as many, the ‘Self’ is just like the reflection of the moon on the water which increases with the volume of water and decreases with its reduction, which moves when the water moves, and which differs as the water differs. The moon seems to conform to the characteristics of water, but in reality, the moon never has these increasing or decreasing qualities. So also, from the highest point of view, consciousness always retains its sameness; it seems to conform to such characteristics as an increase and decrease of the limiting adjunct, owing to its entry into such an adjunct as a universe.

A thread is drawn from cotton and is woven into cloth. But the reality of cotton is in both of these forms, viz., thread, and cloth. Similarly, the projections of names and forms of this material universe on consciousness do not alter the nature of consciousness. It remains as it is without any change. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

In reality, the experience is an impossibility because the reality is nondual.+

In reality, the experience is an impossibility because the reality is non-dual. Experience is possible only in the domain of the dualistic illusion or Maya.

The experience and the experiencer are one, in essence. In reality, there is neither the experience nor the experiencer exists. Only the essence shines in its fullness.
All these experiences as a father, son, guru, and pupil were one and the same consciousness appearing differently. All these distinctions disappear in the realm of the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
In the dream, the mountain which is apparently insentient and the material is nevertheless still consciousness alone. Whether living or dead, conscious or unconscious thought or matter; all things are appearances of one and the same consciousness. All these distinctions are seen by Gnani as only consciousness. :

Experience implies duality. Experience belongs to an individual. The individual is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self because the Soul, the Self is not an individual because the Soul is nondual, the Soul is nondual because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Anubhav in the Advaitic contest is not an experience but it is the realization of the 'Self' hidden by the dualistic illusion (Maya or world). Remember the 'Self', not an individual but the Self is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. the experience is possible only in the domain of form, time, and space. In reality, the form, time, and space are one in essence.

Remember:~

The unreal is created out of real, and when one view and judges on the standpoint unreal (ego) then there is duality. When one can view and judge from the standpoint of the real (Soul, the Self) then there is only non -duality. When the wisdom dawns, then there is neither duality, nor the non-duality, but only reality.

All these confusions will go on until the man thinks, he is an individual and apart from the world, and the world existed prior to him and he is born in it afterward. Therefore, it is necessary to know the fact that the Self is not ego, but the true Self is the Soul, and stop viewing and judging the world-view on the standpoint of the physical self (ego).
One has to view and judge from the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self to realize the fact that the world along with the man is an illusion. The formless substance from which the illusion is created is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, the Soul alone is. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Thus, Atman is Brahman. Thus, no second thing exists from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self. Thus, there is neither experience nor the experiencer in non-dualistic or Advaitic reality but only Self-awareness.

Remember:~

The experience is possible only in the domain of form, time, and space. The ‘Self ‘cannot be experienced because the Self is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

There is neither the experience nor the experiencer in the realm of truth.
The ultimate truth or Brahman dwells within the three states like fragrance in the flower;

Musk lies within the Musk-deer yet seeks it afar." Until one traces the truth within the three states, the illusion of birth, life, death, and the world is experienced as a reality. ~Santthosh Kumaar

It is not you who is forgetting the Soul, the Self. It is the Soul that forgets itself within the dualistic illusion or Maya.+

It is not you who are forgetting the Soul, the Self. It is the Soul that forgets itself within the dualistic illusion. Ignorance is the cause of the dualistic illusion.

You and your world are within the dualistic illusion. Thus, you and your individual experience of birth, life, death, and the world is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. When the ignorance vanishes, then the Soul, the Self, remains in its own awareness.

Our body and the world in which we exist are made out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, the whole universe in which we exist is nothing but consciousness.

Thus, consciousness alone is real and the universe in which we exist is merely an illusion. Thus, all the contents of the universe are merely an illusion.

You are bound by birth, life and death, and the world. You are born in this world, which is mere, an illusion.

You are living within the illusory world, and you are going to die within the illusory world. Whatever is born, lives, and dies in the illusory world, is not the Self.

Only in the dualistic illusion or Maya, there is form, time, and space. The form, time, and space within the illusory world is nothing to do with the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

On the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, there is no scope form, time, and space. In the real nature of the Soul, there is no scope for duality.

All the years you have passed are within the illusion. Billions of past and future years belong to the illusion. The things that happened billions of years ago and the things that are to happen billions of years from now are happenings within the illusion.

The illusion is an illusion is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The practical life within the practical world is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. The Soul is the formless substance and the witness of the illusion.

In the realm of the truth, the substance and the witness of the illusion are one in essence. That essence is the Soul or consciousness. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sexual intercourse is not the means to Self-realization.+

Q:~ Natalja von Wascinski-Schubert- Santthosh Kumaar, I fully agree, yet as a bridge -- that is as a lesson to teach the pure unity of the Self and nonduality -- intercourse of two polarities (male and female principles), that is joining together to pure (sinless) oneness in true love and respect=appreciation, human sex could become at its peak a very faint resemblance and remembrance of the overwhelming state of Atma?

Santthosh Kumaar:~ Suppose if you had the same idea in a dream, the dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when Advaitic wisdom dawns. The Advaitic wisdom dawns when you realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

On the Standpoint of the Soul, the Self the world in which you exist is merely an illusion. Thus, all the happening within the illusion is bound to be an illusion. Until ignorance is there, the world in which you exist prevails as a reality.

When ignorance vanishes through Advaitic wisdom then the world in which you exist which you think as reality becomes an illusion.

Remember:~

The world in which you indulge in sex itself is an illusion. Therefore, sex within the unreal world will not yield the truth.

Until one realizes on what standpoint the world in which he exists is an illusion it is difficult to understand, assimilate, and realize the truth.
Without a perfect understanding of 'what is what' it is difficult to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
When ‘Self ‘is not ‘I’ then it is erroneous to judge the truth on the base of the ‘I’.
The ‘Self is the Soul, which is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.
How can the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless ‘Self' can indulge in sexual activities?
Sexual activities are possible within the domain of form, time, and space. Sex is an individual act between two individuals.
The Soul the Self’ is not an individual. Sex is beautiful within the domain of duality which gives some temporary release from worldly stress, but the sex will not bring enlightenment.

Sex-based enlightenment is merely a hallucination based on the false self.

Remember:~

Sage Goudapada quotes from the Upanishads: ~ "There's no plurality here"; "The Soul through its powers appears to be many"; "those who are attached to the creation or production or origination go to utter darkness"; "the unborn is never reborn, for what can produce it?”

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita:~ Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.

Thus, whatever you have seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person within the waking experience is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness alone, is real and eternal.

Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness, because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. The consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Sexual intercourse is not the means to Self-realization. Those who believe sexual intercourse as a means to Self-realization will permanently remain in the prison of ignorance.

Sexual intercourse is a reality within the dualistic illusion or Maya. The Soul, the Self is hidden by dualistic illusion or Maya. The Soul, the Self is hidden by the dualistic illusion of Maya because the Soul or consciousness is the cause of the whole dualistic illusion or Maya.

Remember:~

Jesus said: ~ Seek and ye shall find. Knock the doors shall open to you.

Gospel Thomas logian 22:- Jesus saw infants being suckled. He said to his disciples, “These infants being suckled are like those who enter the kingdom.”

They said to him, “Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?”

Jesus said to them, “When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female is female; and when you fashion eyes in the place of an eye, and a hand in place of a hand, and a foot in place of a foot, and a likeness in place of a likeness; then will you enter the kingdom.”

Santthosh Kumaar: ~ This above passage is Jesus’s version of Nonduality or Advaita. When one realizes the mind (matter) and the Soul (Spirit), the Self, are one, in essence. There is no place for the duality. Without the duality, the universe ceases to exist. Without the universe, your existence within the universe is merely an illusion. After all, there is scope for two because everything is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness or Spirit.

Until one thinks he is an individual separate from this world he remains in the realm of duality. The duality is the product of ignorance. When the Advaitic wisdom dawns, then the ignorance vanishes. When the ignorance vanishes, then the duality never remains as a reality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Psychologists have analyzed much as far as subject-object relation i.e. the mind plus object equals consciousness.+

Modern psychology is limited to form, time and space. the truth of existence is beyond the form, time, and space. psychology is nothing to do with the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.
Human psychology based on the false self (ego or waking entity) within the false experience (waking or illusion). Whatever is based on the false Self and false experience is bound to be a falsehood. Thus, perfect understanding ‘what is what’ is needed to realize ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Thus, one must realize how this world, which confronts him, is an illusion? And on what standpoint the world is an illusion.
Without knowing ‘what is mind?
What is the substance of the mind?’
‘What is the source of the mind?'
~ The truth will not reveal.

Thinking the mind is within the physical body is the greatest obstacle in the pursuit of truth. Thus, a deeper investigation is very much necessary in order to unfold the mystery of the mind.

Remember:~

A man remains as part of the objective world and tries to discover the ultimate truth. A man is unaware of the fact that the world in which he exists is an object to the formless subject. The subject is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

He applies it to things seen as an individual. This is because he is ignorant of the relation between the formless subject (Soul) and the object (mind or universe). He judges everything on the base of the object as the subject and trying to realize the ultimate truth on the base of the objectified subject. Whatever objects are known by the ego, are objects within the object (universe).

Thoughts are also objects because it is part of the objective universe. The thoughts will not rise without the form, which is an object. Whether the objects are there or not, consciousness will always be there, even in deep sleep.

Psychologists say that if the object is not there to draw one's attention, then there is no consciousness. The latter, therefore, insists on consciousness being a relation between one who is aware and an object of which he is aware. It is obvious that we differ in the meaning of the term consciousness.

Ultimate truth means the knowledge of the non-relation, and relation whereas psychology as well as in religious or pseudo-Vedanta Consciousness is only witnessing.

Psychologists have analyzed much as far as subject-object relation i.e. the mind plus object equals the consciousness and then stopped. But they have to analyze still further in the direction of noting that all objects are constantly changing, Illusion, which implies that there is a constant standard of reference, something that notes the changes because it keeps unchanged itself. That something is consciousness.

The idea of change presupposes the existence of something unchanging, how does one distinguish this change from changelessness? By what means does one have to know that change has occurred? There is, there must be a changeless knower of the ever-changing, whilst all changes consciousness remains unchanged.

Thoughts are arising within the mirage and pass away every moment. Every object is an idea within the dualistic illusion. Hence, every object has no more value than that of thought because both are part of the dualistic illusion or Maya.

The moment is time. Time creates division in consciousness (Soul), which is the ‘Self’. The past, present, and future exists within the myth and so also this and that. Therefore, Self-Realization is necessary to know what truth is and what is untruth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Mistaking the spiritual heart within the body and it is located on the right side of the chest is a great error.+

Sage Raman Maharishi says "Here lies the Heart, the dynamic, spiritual Heart. It is called Hridaya and is located on the right side of the chest.

Santthosh Kumaar:~ Mistaking the spiritual heart within the body and it is located on the right side of the chest is a great error because the spiritual heart is the Soul, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, in something detrimental to our spiritual progress.

Sage Sankara says: - VC-47~ All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-Self.

Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world that existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward the ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the universe prevails as reality.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads to Self-awareness. By holding onto theories one remains in the realm of duality. You have to mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper Self-search. Finally when you become aware of the fact that, your ego, your body, and the world are one in essence then there is Self-awareness in the midst of duality.

Sage Raman Maharishi said:~ the location of the Heart is of the chest and not on the left. The light of the consciousness flows from the heart through Sushumna Nadi or channel to ‘Sahasrarara’. (KNOW YOUR SELF~page 31)

From ‘Sahasrarara’ consciousness spreads all over the body, then the experience of the world arises. Viewing themselves as different from that consciousness human beings get caught up in the cycle of birth and death.

The ‘Sahasrara’ of one who abides in the Self is pure light only. Any thoughts which approach it cannot survive.

Even when objects are perceived, because of their nearness, it does not destroy yoga as the mind sees no differences.

The state in which awareness is firm, even when objects are sensed, is called a natural state. In Nirvikalpa Samadhi, there is no objective perception.

The entire universe is in the body and the whole body is in the Heart. hence, the universe is contained within the Heart.

Some other Gurus also propagate the Nadi you refer to is called Amrita Nadi. It connects the Spiritual Heart with the Sahasrara. It is best to merge in the Heart and then see that Heart is beyond time and space.

Remember:~

Santthosh Kumaar:~ Deeper self-search reveals:~ When the ‘Self’ is not the body then the location of the Heart is of the chest and not on the left. The light of the consciousness flows from the heart through Sushumna ‘channel to ‘Sahasrara’ has no value. All these concepts are yogic and they have no value in the Atmic path.

When the ‘Self’ is not the body, the question of the Amrita Nadi or Sahasrara does not arise. Until we think the ‘Self’ is within the body it is impossible to cross the threshold of dualistic illusion.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that the ‘Self’ is not the body then why bring Nadi, chakras when they are part and parcel of the body.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that the ‘Self’ is neither the body nor the ‘I’. Thus, one has to go beyond the ‘I’ means beyond the form, time, and space to realize 'Self' is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The Soul, the Self is unborn eternal because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Remember:~

Sage Raman Maharishi: ~ He placed his right hand on his right breast and continued, "Here lies the Heart, the dynamic, spiritual Heart. It is called Hridaya and is located on the right side of the chest and is clearly visible to the inner eye of an adept on the spiritual path. Through meditation, you can learn to find the Self in the cave of this Heart." ~ Mercedes de Acosta, Here Lies the Heart

Santthosh Kumaar: ~ ‘The spiritual heart is the Soul, the Self, not the physical heart. The world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, the spiritual heart, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Mistaking the spiritual heart within the body is a great error. Even some Advaitic Guru says that the Self is within the spiritual heart. And the spiritual heart is on the left side. Such a statement is merely an imagination, based on the false self.

When the ‘Self’ is bodiless, then the question of the heart being left side or right side does not arise.

The seeker must realize the Soul, the Self, itself is the spiritual heart. The Soul, the spiritual heart is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The Soul itself is the spiritual heart that is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

By worshiping God in human form, repeating mantras is like watering barren soil.+

No mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, the world in which humanity exists as a reality. For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

As per the scriptures, the three "Ashrams" or stages in life were originally intended for three grades of intelligence thus:~

Religion: low intellects had to do 'karmas' works, ritual actions, chanting of mantras and indulging in bhajans and prayers, etc.
Middle intellects:~ Yoga: taking yellow robes, going to caves, ashrams, etc.
High intellects:~ Wisdom who wanted the truth is concerned with no external rites no prayers or sanyasa but depend solely on the Soulcentric reasoning for their path.
Thus, the seeker has to choose his path, according to his choice. Without an intense urge to know the truth and sharpness to grasp the truth, it is difficult to tread the path of wisdom never mix different paths with each other, and make cocktail because it leads to all sorts of doubts and confusion.
The seeker of truth should be aware of everything that is untrue: stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.

By worshipping God in human form, repeating mantras is like watering barren soil. The seeker of truth should not waste life in empty formalities.

Remember:~

Some Gurus say repeat ‘I AM BRAHMAN’ as a mantra and the ‘Self’ will reveal on its own but by repeating the 'I AM BRAHMAN' as a mantra, ignorance will not vanish. Without getting rid of ignorance the ‘Self’ will not reveal.

It is foolish to say ‘I AM GOD’ when the Self is not you, but the Self is the Soul. Therefore, the Soul, the Self, is God.

People say Aham Brahmasmi ~ I AM GOD, I AM BRAHMAN. But when Brahman is, how can "I" remain? Only Brahman remains, not the ‘I’.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

When Sage Sankara says: ~ “Vedas and mantras will not help you to get rid of the ignorance then why you are indulging in what is not required to acquire the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC 62- A disease does not leave off if one simply utters the name of the medicine, without taking it; (similarly) without direct realization one cannot be liberated by the mere utterance of the word Brahman.

63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

64. Without killing one’s enemies, and possessing oneself of the splendor of the entire surrounding region, one cannot claim to be an emperor by merely saying, ‘I am an emperor’.

65. As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

66. Therefore, the wise should, as in the case of disease and the like, personally strive by all the means in their power to be free from the bondage of repeated births and deaths.

That is why Sage Sankara says:~ VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

People refuse to accept anything other than their Gurus words. For them, their Gurus words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.

Such a mindset is not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth.:~Santthosh Kumaar
