A Gnani, on attaining realization, will not give up his vocation in life but will continue it as before.+

A Gnani cannot have the idea of giving up, renouncing the world or some object or person in the world, because that would connote the idea of duality. Knowing no second thing at all there remains nothing to be given up.

A Gnani, on attaining realization, will not give up his vocation in life but will continue it as before. If he was a billniore, he continues so, if a peasant, he will remain one. He still does his duty, but he is fully aware of the fact that his practical life within the practical world merely an illusion.

It is not correct to say that, a Gnani sees only good everywhere and never evil. He is fully aware of the evil things, he knows when he is being taken for a ride, but he remains unperturbed though acting as required. He recognizes what is bad and what is a good practical point of view and what is real and what is an illusion from the ultimate standpoint.

Among thousands of people, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the Self in truth. The one who knows the truth beyond the form, time, and space is A Gnani.

A Gnani is one who is endowed with the power of seeing the world in which he exists on a non-dualistic perspective.

Gnani shares Self- knowledge of Brahm Gnana or Atma Gnana to the seekers and helps them to reach the ultimate end of understanding.

A Gnani is a rational thinker, he discards all that is not rational. A rational thinker cannot look at the irrational words of the blind believer of religion.
A Gnani sees the words in a different way. The words have meaning only in ignorance whereas the truth is ever meaningless because it is free from ignorance. The truth is not connected at all with any argument because it is ever nondual.
Everything irrational in religion. Religious believers irrational thinkers conditioned by their inherited blind faith or belief.
Gnani talks of liberation from ignorance, which is blocking the realization of truth hidden by ignorance.

The ultimate state of existence is ever nondual. Without a perfect understanding of 'what is what', the whole effort is useless.
Remember:~

A Gnani knows ‘what is reality' and 'what is the unreality'. A Gnani says there is no need to search for the truth in the world in which he exists.

Gnani views and judges the worldview form of both sides, that is as an individual on the standpoint of the ego’, which is the false Self for worldly activities, and he views and judges the worldview on the base of the Soul, which is the true Self, for his spiritual endeavor.

Thus, he is fully aware of the fact that his physical side of existence (universe or duality) is falsehood, and his spiritual side of existence [nonduality] is reality.

A Gnani does not stop seeing others with physical bodies with names. But with all that he knows the Atman from which physical body with the name is inseparable. This is difficult to grasp, it is done by repeated practice for a long time; as Nondualistic Wisdom; had it been easy one need only to read book and millions would now have been Gnanis.

Remember:~

It becomes difficult because one has to discard all his inherited conditioning which is the cause of viewing and judging the worldview on the base of the ego. If the one is trained at a young age it becomes easier.
Since everyone has been inherited religion and they are sentimentally and emotionally involved with their inherited belief and inborn samskara or conditioning, it becomes very difficult for them to accept anything other than their accepted truth.
For one second or one minute, one may attain a glimpse of formless witness mentally, but only he who has disciplined and practiced can make it a permanent part of his nature.
One may know knowledge of the soul or consciousness intellectually but they may still have their weaknesses, they still need to become fully convinced to the utmost to get firm conviction: therefore realization of its truth comes gradually.
It is not enough to grasp the intellectual truth of non-dual Atman; one must next fix his focus of attention mentally and constantly in it. He will get in glimpses at first, but he must not rest there; he should stabilize them through the constant reminder that the three states are not separate from the Formless Witness (consciousness) in order to become a Gnani. Knowing the Atman to be non-dual is first stage, realizing it as such is the second stage.
The higher tranquility comes at the stage after deeper reflecting on the nature of the soul has been practiced and mastered. Then this is given up for self-recollectedness to be done for long time, then only the non-dual wisdom dawns.
Gnani does not set up any position of his own because he knows non-duality to be truth and hence cannot differ from others whom he regards as part of the soul which is the source of all the three states, but shows the inconsistencies of all other positions. He sees the three states in the soul which is the formless source.
When one dissolves all the three states into experience, and then the experience into the consciousness, knowing they are ultimately in the soul /self, that is Atman.
When one actually see the universe before him he unaware of the fact that he and his universe exist within the waking experience. And the three states are witnessed by the formless witness [consciousness].
The source of the three is the Soul / Self that is Atman. Atman is the formless substance and witness of the three states. Therefore the three states (object) and the Soul/Self [subject are one in essence.
After the dream disappears one becomes aware of the fact that the dream entity and the dream world were within the dream itself. Similarly the waking entity and waking world are within the waking world. The question is who or what witnessed the dream or waking, when the dream and waking entity were within the dream or waking.
There has to be a witness, which is aware of the appearance and disappearance of the dream, waking and deep sleep apart from the dream and waking entity. Therefore, one has to become aware of the formless witness of the three states which is aware of its appearance and disappearance. This has to be grasped mentally since it is not an object or entity within the waking and dream.
All the contents of the dream and waking such as cities, friends, cars, families’ animals and whatever they contain is created out of the soul/spirit which is the true self.
Seeker has to first to pass through the stage of discovering Atman and then only he can attain the stage of discovering Atman. The Atman and Brahman is one and the same thing.
The nature of the non-dual truth is to be free from contradictions. As one approaches nearer and nearer to understanding of the non-dual truth he finds less and less contradictions. The only thing which is so free is non-duality.
But he who is truly wise always sees the absolute Self. Celebrated, he is not delighted. Spurned, he is not angry. Pure of heart, He watches his own actions As if they were another's. How can praise or blame disturb him?

Remember:~

The ability to observe the Soul, the Self as it is in the midst of the illusion through the Advaitic wisdom leads to Self-awareness.

For a Gnani sees the world in which he exists as the consciousness, just as the goldsmiths view the ornaments as nothing but the gold.

The whole universe is nothing but the Soul. Therefore, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The universe is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

By realizing the universe an illusion leads the seeker to realize, consciousness hidden by the illusion as real and eternal.

You are not you but the consciousness; your body is not the body but the consciousness, the world in which you exist is not the world but consciousness.

Everything is known, seen, believed, and experienced by you is nothing but consciousness then what else remains, which is not the consciousness. There is nothing else to realize other than to realize consciousness alone is, everything else is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Ashtavakra Gita: ~ It is not the absence of Buddhi (Reason) that can grasp Advaita but the man who possesses the highest intellect. Brains are necessary.+

People, who have not become firm in their power of reason, quote someone else as authority to support their reasoning because they have not got the fullest confidence in their own powers.

When one is certain, he does not need any authority to support or confirm himself’. There is no need for it. To appeal to others' views indicates his own reasoning is incomplete. Thus seeker has to do his own homework independently.
Gnanis quote the verified citation of scriptures or sages of the past just to inspire the seekers who hold scriptures are the ultimate authority to show the scriptures or sages are saying the same thing.
The seeker must not tell a lie is the first requirement in the pursuit of truth.” What he like in practical life it is not concerned with. The seeker has to keep his intuitions and instincts at a distance and he has to stick to known facts. To inquire, analyze and reason means to go to the very end of things.
Sharpness to grasp the truth is necessary for the pursuit of truth. By merely hearing the truth mentioned they will grasp it.
The seeker has to analyze the three states, and he has to think constantly about it. Exercise his thinking faculty and inquire continually; discrimination is essential; this practice is the only way to understand, assimilate and realize the non-dual truth.

Remember:~

Until the scientists become the seeker of truth of their existence, the truth will not reveal. The truth of the universe cannot be got under the microscope.
When all their invention fails to yield the truth they have to use their reason to reach the ultimate core of their existence.
The man who possesses the highest intellect can grasp Advaita, by merely hearing the truth mentioned will know it.
Bhagvad Gita: ~ Reason as a means to reality. (Chap.18 verse 37)
In chap. 10 of in Bhagvad Gita, Krishna says: ~ I cannot save you, but I can give you Buddhi (reason). (chap. 10)
In chap. 10 of in Bhagvad Gita, Krishna says: ~ "I have given you the most secret teaching, now reflect over it all" Krishna plainly says reflect, think. (Verse 63 of Chap. 18)

Ashtavakra Gita: ~ It is not the absence of Buddhi (Reason) that can grasp Advaita but the man who possesses the highest intellect. Brains are necessary. Such a man, by merely hearing the truth mentioned will know it. (Page~ 224)

Remember:~

If you keep on reading my posts and blogs old as well as new, all your doubts and confusion will vanish.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The body, the ego, and the world together are the mind. If the mind is there then only the body, the ego, and the world are present. The body, the ego, and the world appear together and disappear together. That is the mind that is present in the form of the ‘I’ that appears and disappears. The one which witnesses the coming and going, of the ‘I’ (mind), is the Soul, the Self. On the standpoint of the Soul, the Self the mind (the universe in which we exist) is non-existent as a reality.

The mind cannot be purified because the mind itself is an illusion. Till one thinks the mind is within the body, he will not be able to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, because the body and the world are within the mind. And the mind is within the Soul.

Ignorance is the cause of duality. The duality is the cause of the illusion (Maya). The illusion is the cause of experiencing birth, life, death, and the world as a reality.

Self-knowledge leads to Self-awareness. The quest for truth is not the quest for acquiring the dualistic truth within the world. The seeker must have an intense urge to realize the truth which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The dualistic knowledge hides the truth beyond the form, time, and space. The practical life within the practical world is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The dualistic knowledge within the dualistic illusion is not Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

This vast cosmos with all its contents (atom, molecule, sun, moon, planet, and star) all are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The Soul is the Self. the Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Awareness is the nature of the Soul or consciousness. Consciousness is existence itself.

Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

People's opinions may be used to contradict another, so that both may be thrown away. Opinions are not truth; they are merely thoughts, not the truth.+

Everybody has his own imagination about facts and starts from that, instead of discarding his personal idea and looking at the fact.

People's opinions may be used to contradict another, so that both may be thrown away. Opinions are not truth; they are merely thoughts, not the truth.

It is for every seeker, who is in the Atmic path to realize himself “What is truth, “and “What is untruth?” to assimilate the Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. My postings are only signposts.  The seeker needs to reflect constantly on the subject till the cobwebs of his doubts and confusion get cleared.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

First, know what this unknown truth you are seeking. The seeker is seeking the truth of the true existence, which is hidden by the form, time, and space.

Truth means certainty and always nondual. The dualistic truth is not a certainty because the dualistic truth based on the ego and is limited to the form, time, and space whereas the non-dualistic truth is based on the Soul, which is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

If there is any uncertainty it is not the truth. It does not deal with imagination. People do not have a scientific attitude because they take things as presented to them. They have rather an emotional and sentimental attitude. The correct attitude is to verify all the facts, to see a problem in them, something to investigate and inquire into them.

Truth must be verifiable; unless it is verifiable it is of no value. Those who lack the capacity to doubt are not fit for the pursuit of truth.

Analogical, inductive, and deductive reasoning, is good only within the domain of the form, time, and space; none is absolutely and universally infallible because they are based on the ego or the physical self.

The religious truth is based on blind belief. But in pursuit of truth, doubt is the main ingredient.

Most people have the desire to know the truth but the capacity to understand and grasp the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space is limited. The result is that people resolve the conflict by jumping to the first and simplest and easiest conclusion as the correct one, and smugly but unjustifiably thinking “I know”: Thus, they commit the fallacy of primitivity.

Gurus or pundits or yogis statements shouldn’t be accepted blindly as the ultimate truth because they are based on the dualistic perspective is not proof. The truth based on the dualistic belongs to the dualistic illusion therefore not the truth.

All the claims have to be verified before accepting them as truth. Because all the religious and yogic and mystic truth is based on the form, time, and space. From the ultimate standpoint the form, time, and space are an illusion. Thus, whatever is based on the form, time and space are a dualistic illusion. Whatever is based on the dualistic illusion is bound to be an untruth.

The Soul, the Spirit is the highest truth. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.

The ultimate truth cannot be known by intuition but it can be grasped from Soulcentric reason by discriminating between the Soul and the ego. Whatever is based on the Soul is the ultimate truth and whatever is based on the ego is the untruth.  Therefore, there is a need to know first the ‘Self’ is not you but the Self is the Soul, the Spirit.

You learn to start reasoning on the base of the Soul, then all your clouds of confusion start clearing on their own. And you will finally realize the form, time and space are nothing but an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, there is no confusion left because everything is consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

Thus, the Soul alone is real and all else is an illusion. The Soul is one without the second therefore, the Soul is Advaita. The Advaita is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The spiritual writings, writers, the readers, and the world in which they all exist created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Spirit. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge. Self-knowledge leads to Self-awareness. Self-awareness leads to unity in diversity (oneness) because everything created out single stuff. The whole universe in which we exist is nothing but the spirit.

The Spirit (Soul) alone is real and the universe in which we are discussing is merely an illusion. Thus, our words, thoughts, and our intellectuality have no value in the Atmic discussion. The Atmic discussion is not based on the form, time, and space, but it is the knowledge of the beyond the form, time, and space.

There is no scope for argument in the Atmic discussion. The argument is possible only on the dualistic perspective. On the non-dualistic perspective, there is no dualistic illusion, because, there is unity in diversity or Oneness.

The truth is oneness. There is no scope for duality in Advaitic truth. ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankar is the Science of the Spirit or Consciousness.+

The words of wisdom of Sage Sankara have to be bifurcated from religion and yoga to reach the ultimate end of understanding.

If you have to traverse the path of wisdom, you have to seek the aid of the words of wisdom of Sage Sankara.

If you seeking truth then you must see Sage Sankar with rational lenses by dropping the religious and yogic spectacles.

A scholar is proud that he has accumulated so much knowledge; Gnani is humble that he knows no more.

Sage Sankara:~ 58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

Isa Upanishads indicates that: By worshipping Gods and Goddesses and going to the world of Gods after death is of no use. The time one spends in ritualistic practices is wasted; one can spend the same time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is the main goal. One cannot reach the non-dual destination by glorifying God and Goddesses and by doing that, one goes deeper and deeper into darkness. It surely indicates the fact that the seeker of truth has to drop the worshiping God and Goddess in order to get Self-knowledge.

Sage Sankara was a rationalist philosopher. The orthodoxy projected him as a theologian.

Sage Sri, Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is not even a philosopher dish cooked to suit exclusively the palate of one particular religion. Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sri, Sankara is like the air and the water, the common food for the whole humanity.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankar is the Science of the Spirit or Consciousness.

If rightly interpreted Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom as spiritual food for the whole humanity. Advaitic wisdom is the universal wisdom par excellence. Advaitic wisdom is not just a not a philosophy, but not a science, but the Science of Truth.

Sage Sankara gave religious, ritual, or dogmatic instruction to the mass but pure philosophy only to the few who could rise to it. Hence, the interpretation of his writings by commentators is often confusing because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus, they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.

Upanishads declare:~

Mundaka Upanishad 1:2:8:~ “Remaining in the fold of ignorance and thinking “we are extremely wise and learned,” the fools with boastful nature ramble about like the blind led by the blind alone.”

Mundaka Upanishad 3:2:3:- “The weak and timid cannot realize the Self. Self-Realization is not possible through intellect or hearing spiritual discourse. One who welcomes God in every activity, through a thorough controlled and disciplined life, to him also the Soul is revealed

Katha Upanishad 1:2:23:~ The Soul cannot be realized through hearing a scholarly explanation of the discourses, not even by the intellect.

Katha Upanishad 1:3:6:~ “Through the knowledge of the Soul God, one is pure and clean constantly.” Neither by reading the books nor by taking a bath at the holy place has one become pure. Inner purity is possible when one remains in constant touch with the Soul. Constant Soul Consciousness is the real purity.

Kena Upanishad 2:4:~ When it is known through every state of cognition, it is rightly known, for (by such knowledge) one attains life eternal. Through one's ownself, one gains power, and through wisdom, one gains immortality.

Kena Upanishad 2:5:~ If here one knows it, then there is the truth, and if here one knows it not, there is a great loss. Hence, seeing the Real in all beings, wise men become immortal on departing from this world.

The scriptures are being added from time to time. This process will go on. There is the final authority among them? One contradicts the other: duality reigns supreme.

The Upanishads are Self-contradictory. Every pundit even gives conflicting interpretations of them. The final authority, therefore, is using one’s own reason. One should apply his reason to them.

The scriptures are for ignorant masses, who wholly accept the material world as it presents itself. Gnana is for those who have begun to realize that things are not what they seem.

The Scriptures are of value only when dealing with persons who are incapable of understanding the Advaitic truth. They have no value as authority for those who use reason. I quote only verified citations from the scriptures. I need no scriptures but I quote them to help the seekers to realize the scriptures are saying

The Upanishads are the only scriptures in the world that declare:-

It is impossible to find and realize the truth via religion and scriptural study.

Katha Upanishad: ~ This Atman cannot be attained by the study of the Vedas, or by intelligence, or by much hearing of sacred books. It is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals its own form. (Ch-II -23-P-20)

Mundaka Upanishad: ~ “This Atman cannot be attained through study of the Vedas, nor through intelligence, nor through much learning. He who chooses Atman—by him alone is Atman attained. It is Atman that reveals to the seeker Its true nature. (3 –page-70 Upanishads by Nikilanada)

When the Upanishad says: ~ “The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate the personal Gods, scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge, then why anyone should indulge in it. The religion, concept of individualized God, belief in physical Guru, scriptures are a great obstacle to Self-realization because they are based on false Self. The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper Self-search and assimilate and realize it.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: - (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) - one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and witness of the universe, which is in the form of mind. By tracing the source of the mind or universe one will be able to realize the Brahman.

Remember:~

Advaitc  Wisdom is not found in scriptures or books. There are only hidden parables here and there. There is no clear-cut wisdom whatsoever in this. Mere words ~ just a collection of words. Wisdom is hidden within the world in which we exist. The truth is not found in the world because the world is merely an illusion created out of consciousness. The Truth is beyond the form, time, and space.

Mundaka Upanishad:~ The study of the Vedas, linguistics, Rituals, astronomy, and all the arts Can be called lower knowledge. The higher is that which leads to “Self’-realization. The eye cannot see it; the mind cannot grasp it. The deathless “Self’ has neither caste nor race, neither eyes nor ears nor hands nor feet. Sages say this “Self’ is infinite in the great and in the small, everlasting and changeless, the source of life.

All these selected quotes from the scriptures are helpful to think deeply nothing more.

In pursuit of truth, the ultimate truth has to be proved, not assumed. Pundits who take scriptures for granted are not Gnanis.

Pundits teach that all is yourself, but none of them can show that this is so, none has analyzed it scientifically, and none can prove it.

Rational proof is needed so that one arrives at knowing truth i.e. wisdom; punditry is mere dogma, parrotism, repetition of what they read in scripture. Scripters are not yardstick and the scriptural truth is not proof. Pundits take scripters as authority. Authoritarianism merely assumes as true what another says, but what has yet to be proved.

Pundits have to test the truth in this world, not in the next world. There is no proof other than blind belief based on the scriptures, belief is not the truth. So, doctrines are not the means to realize the truth. There is no need to follow them in order to acquire “Self’-knowledge of Brahma Gnana.

Doubts and Confusions arise when the seeker finds the scripters and yoga are inadequate or useless to quench his spiritual thirst. Disappointments in religion or yoga or even science imply error or ignorance. Seeker reaches a stage whether he is right?" Where is the certainty that he is proceeding on right lines?"

Thus, the doubts arise and the inquiring spirit comes and impels to search elsewhere for truth where it will not be possible even to have doubt. The test is therefore in the realization of the 'Self'. And only in non-duality, where there are no two to argue about views or to have the difference of opinion can such doubtlessness be possible. Belief depends upon unstable bases whereas certainty depends on the proof.

Seeker of truth has to get rid of his doubts through deeper “Self’-search on his own, to realize the fact that, the '“Self’' is not the form but the ' “Self’' is formless. Thus, his analysis and reasoning have to be based on the formless (Soul), not on the form(ego).

By simply go on believing and accepting whatever said by the punditry will not lead one towards the path of wisdom. All the doubt has to be got rid of "by the sword of “Self’ - Knowledge." The scriptures, yoga are not necessary if one follows the inner (formless) path. Religion and yoga are not the means to the path of wisdom. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Bookish knowledge of Advaitic Vedanta is inadequate in order to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.+

Sage Sankara says ~
VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.

Nagarjuna:~ All the philosophies are a mental fabrication. There has never been a single doctrine by which one could enter the true essence of things.

There has never been a single scripture by which has the whole wisdom in it. Sage Sankara restrained himself parting the Advaitic wisdom to the mass and imparted only with a selected few.
Advaitic wisdom was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it.

Advaitic wisdom was not written down in one book but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the ignorant populace and the Advaitic wisdom is given only to a selected few.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara cannot be attained by the study of the scriptures and intellectual understanding or by bookish knowledge.  Therefore, there is no use in studying the scriptures and other books in order to acquire Advaitic wisdom.

Bookish knowledge of Advaitic Vedanta is inadequate in order to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

If people have believed the ancient scriptures propagated myth over thousands of years, the length of time does not prove it true.

Sage Sankara clearly says:~ Neither studying philosophy nor by worship as many gods nor observe ceremonies nor by singing devotional hymns nor by uttering mantra nor by mastering the scriptures liberation comes without realizing the Oneness.

There is no need to read books after books. You need to realize only the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the consciousness. Knowledge of that single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana

The universe itself is what God is all about. The totality of the universe is what God is all about. You just study the nature of the universe with all the seriousness and sincerity to unfold the mystery of the universe. That is all you have to do.

Until the mystery of the universe is not solved, the Self hidden by the illusory universe will not be realized.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

No books can do more than help us to find it, and even without them, we can get all truth if we search for the truth which is hidden by the world in which we exist. You have the love for books without bondage to them; and read the books, but do not believe blindly because it well written with the ornamental world, but think for yourself. No blind belief can save you, work out on your own to find the truth, which hidden by the form, time, and space. Think the Soul is your inner Guru - that Soul is an eternal help.

There is no need to read books to realize the truth which is beyond the form, time, and space.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ “It is actually said that for one who knows Brahman, the ultimate Reality, the Veda has no meaning: Veda becomes no-Veda'.

Upanishad itself says ~ “vacho viglapanam hi tat” ~ 'Words are only so much of distraction for such minds'.

Katha Upanishad: ~ This Atman cannot be attained by the study of the Vedas, or by intelligence, or by much hearing of sacred books. It is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (Katha Upanishad Ch-II -23-P-20)

Sage Sri, Sankara: ~ “Like a servant who carries a lamp in front of you to find your way, and you have found it, so becomes the Veda to that person. What is the Veda? -- utterances of those who have known the Truth. Here is one who has known the Truth; why should he or she depend upon the Veda further? Actual experience takes you beyond books. At a certain stage, books become a botheration.”

Remember:~

Sage Sankara: ~ “VC 58_ Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

VC 59. “ The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

VC 60. “The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.

All the books written on Advaita by eastern and western authors are based on the dualistic perspective and orthodox point of view. Thus, they do not have the Soulcentric vision of the truth.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul. There are so many books from many authors, but none will help the seeker to reach the ultimate understanding.

Wisdom is not found in scriptures or books. There are only hidden parables here and there. There is no clear-cut wisdom whatsoever in the scriptures or philosophy. Mere words ~ just a collection of words.

Wisdom is hidden within the world in which we exist. The truth is not found in the world because the world is merely an illusion created out of consciousness. The Truth is hidden within the form, time, and space, but it is beyond the form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara himself parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it. Self- it was given knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass and knowledge of the spirit is given only selected a few. Thus, we find traces of the knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Sage Sankara says: ~ There is no need to study the Scriptures, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~ then why you indulge in studying the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says: ~ There is no need to study philosophy, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in studying philosophy.

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani

Sage Sankara says ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation. ~ Santthosh Kumaar

When you overcome the duality, then you will realize God in truth. Lift the veil of ignorance you will find God in truth.+

On the Advaitic perspective, Jesus is not God, because, the Bible itself says God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in Spirit and in truth.

God in truth is not in an illusory universe but God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. When you overcome the duality, then you will realize God in truth.  Lift the veil of ignorance you will find God in truth.

Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth(John 4:24)

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is. There is no God but God. There is no God because the world in which we exist is merely an illusion created out of God, the Spirit. Call it with any name God is universal. God belongs to the whole of humanity.

Religion creates separation God is unity in diversity. God is one which the cause of the whole world in which humanity exists. there is no God but God means the world in which we exist is an illusion. GOD is the cause of the world that is real and eternal. God alone is real and all else is an illusion. There is no second thing that exists other than the Spirit, God thus, God is Advaita.

The Spirit is present in the form of consciousness. Everything is consciousness. All the moments are within the dualistic illusion. Whatever happens within the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, consciousness alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

“Spirit is my father and I and my father are one.”

If the Spirit is the father the son is bound to be the Spirit. The Spirit, the beloved alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

There is no God in the dualistic illusion because the dualistic illusion is created out of God, which is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness.  Thus, God alone is real.

Spirit is prior to Love. Love implies duality. The love hides God. When love disappears, God appears.  Find the Self and Love the Self and rest in God, which is the Spirit

If the father (God) is Spirit the son is bound to be the Spirit.

If God is Spirit, then how does a man know God created the world? There is no proof. If man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e. were created).

Remember: ~

When Jesus came to his village, he was very surprised -- the people of the village didn't bother about him at all. Jesus has said a prophet is never respected in his own country. What is the reason? Why won't the village respect its prophet? The village people have seen him as the son of the carpenter Joseph, saw him carrying wood, saw him planning wood, saw him sawing wood, saw him bathed in sweat, saw him playing and fighting in the streets. The people of the village have known him since childhood, have seen him there as a seed. How is it possible that he suddenly becomes the son of God! No, those who saw the seed cannot accept the flower. They say there must be some fraud, some cheating; this man is a hypocrite. ~OSHO

All biblical insights lead to nondual Self-awareness. Self-Awareness is Christ consciousness. Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana in the biblical sense is Truth or God. The truth was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few.

John 8:32: ~ You will know the truth and the truth will set the Self free.”

Jesus said: ~ "Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you. (THE GOSPEL OF THOMAS- Saying 5)

It means one has to know the world which confronts him confronts to realize his body and world are made of the same essence and that essence is Spirit [father].

Even Sage Sankara says: one must first know what is before him. If he cannot know that, what else can he know or understand? If he gives up the external world in his inquiry, he cannot get the whole truth.

VC- 63- Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

Sage Sankara says: ~ VC~ 65. As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation, and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

Jesus said: ~ "Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)

The Kingdom of God is inside you and all around you, Not in a mansion of wood and stone. Split a piece of wood and God is there, Lift a stone and you will find God." (Gospel of Thomas)

1. According to the New Testament, Jesus said to his disciples: ‘To you, it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of God; but for others, they are in parables so that seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand (Luke, 8:10).

While speaking to the multitude in a veiled manner, ‘privately to his own disciples he explained everything (Mark, 4:34), and advised them not to throw your pearls before swine’ (Matthew, 7:6).

Advaitic wisdom or Self – knowledge (truth) or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is for the class not for the mass. : ~  Santthosh Kumaar

There is no need to follow anyone. Self-realization becomes easy if you independently walk your path.+
