If the Self is the Soul then: ~ Where is the yogi? Where are his chakras?+

The ‘I’ is the cause of separation. The separation is the cause of the duality. Duality is the cause of ignorance. Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion (world) as a reality.

The ‘Self’ is not you, but the Self is the ‘Soul’, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

If the Self is the Soul then: ~

Where is the yogi?

Where are his chakras?

Where is the world in which he exists?

Where is the divine light?

Where is the divine sound?

Where is the divine vibration?

What needs us there to say more?

Noting from the Soul because whatever seems to emanate from it, is non-different from itself. There is no second thing other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. One should not mistake Self (Soul) for the ‘I’.

Those who assert the world is a reality, are still in the elementary stages of the preliminary analysis. The world is a reality within the waking experience, but the waking experience is merely an illusion. In the same way, the dream world was a reality within the dream experience. The dream became unreal when the waking took place. The same way the waking becomes unreal when Advaitic wisdom dawns.

When the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul. Yoga is based on you. You are the false self within the false experience. The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. If the Self is not you then what is the use of arguing about yoga which is based on the false Self (you) within the false experience (waking).

Sage Sankara said: -Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. (1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg. 25

Those who have a firm conviction that yoga is final then they must continue with the yogic pursuit. The path of wisdom is not for those who believe the Self is within their body. The Self is not within their body, but the Self is within the world in which they exist.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is one and undifferentiated. The dual and non-dual experiences (waking or dream (duality) and deep sleep (nonduality) is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

In Self-awareness, the Soul withdraws the three states into itself and remains in its awareness in the midst of the duality. The Soul is indeed the Self —luminous. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar


The seeker of truth must know the difference between the religious God and the Spiritual God.+

Religious Gods with forms and names belong to the dualistic illusion whereas the Spiritual God is the Spirit.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ It has been said that God Supreme or Supreme Spirit.

Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24)”,

God is not physical. God is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is the cause of the world and the Spirit itself is uncaused.

In spirituality the ultimate truth is God. The Atman is the ultimate truth or Brahman or Go,d.

On the standpoint of the Spirit, the form, time, space, and name are merely an illusion. The spirit alone is real and all else is an illusion. In reality, the spirit (God) matter (the world in which we exist) are one.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness (Spirit), which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When the Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness (Spirit) which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost ‘Self’. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

The Vedas confirms God is Atman (Spirit), the ‘Self’.

Even the Vedas indicate that the Self is consciousness:-

v Tat tvam asi: -Thou art That. “Self is that(Sam Veda)

v Prajnanam Brahma: - Consciousness is the ultimate reality (Rig Veda).

v Ayam Aatma Brahma: -The Self is the ultimate truth (Atharva Veda).

v Aham Brahma Asmi: -Self is ultimate reality (Yajur Veda).

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost ‘Self’. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Brihad Upanishad: ~ “If you think there is another entity, whether man or God there is no truth."

When Upanishad itself’ declares: ~ Sarvam khalvidam brahma ~ all this (universe) is verily Brahman. By following back all of the relative appearances in the world, we eventually return to that from which it is all manifest – the non-dual reality (Chandogya Upanishad).

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as it is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman is non-dual, one without a second

Hindus assert their religion is monotheistic, even though they honor a number of Gods, including Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Preserver, and Shiva the Destroyer. Hindus claim these various Gods are all manifestations of the oneness of the universe. Hindu religious practices vary from place to place, but they frequently include yoga, physical and mental discipline to harmonize body and Soul, and ritual bathing.

Rig-Veda 1-164-46 and Y.V 32-1 clearly mention that God is “One”.

Rig Veda declares God is ‘ONE’ and God is Atman, then why believe and worship in place of real God.

Belief in multiple Gods, The worship of idols and worship of images that are not God, The worship of sacred images, ancestor worship, pilgrimage, priestcraft, the belief in avatars or incarnations of God, the hereditary caste system on the grounds that all these lacked Vedic sanction.

Hinduism indulges non-Vedic beliefs such as Sati, idolatry, ancestor worship, pilgrimages priestcraft, offerings made in the temple the caste system, untouchability, and child marriages. All these lack Vedic sanctions, therefore, Hinduism is not Ancient Vedic religion or Santana Dharma.

Realizing the universe is created out of single stuff and that single stuff is the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness leads to non-dualistic or Advaitic Self-awareness. Self-awareness is freedom or Moksha. Moksha is unity in diversity in the midst of duality.

It is very difficult to talk to people about the ultimate truth or Brahman because everyone thinks he knows the ultimate truth or Brahman. This I know business is dangerous. And whatever his reached conclusion is second-hand stuff. Therefore, accepting accumulated knowledge without verification will lead the seekers to hallucinated realization based on the ego. One may have some flashes of truth when someone tries to indicate it through fewer words. But it takes nearer to truth, not realization. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to realize because you have accumulated mental garbage from different sources in the name of Advaita.+

Sage Sankara says: - VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book-knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense-organs, etc., which are unreal. 

According to Advaita Vedanta, the Veda addresses itself to two kinds of audiences - the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the more advanced seeker who seeks to know Brahman. Thus, the Purva mimam. sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond such transient pleasures.


Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.


Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to realize because you have accumulated mental garbage from different sources in the name of Advaita. Until you discard all the accumulated knowledge you will never be able to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. 


The Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the 'Self' shines in its own awareness when wisdom dawns. 


The Advaita is the Soul is the cause and the support of all that exists as the world in which we exist. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self, which is God in truth


The Advaita is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the root element of the universe. From the Advaita, the universe comes into existence. In the Advaita, the universe resides. And into the Advaita, the universe is dissolved. The Advaita is the parent of all that is there is.


That why Sage Sankara said:~Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many gods as you please, observe ceremonies and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.


The orthodox people are ordinary people. Thus, the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures are obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices. The karma kanda of the Vedas is meant for the ordinary audience, to help lead its followers along the way.


The modern mindset is more advanced and capable of reasoning and discriminating. Thus, the modern mindset is the more advanced which seeks to know the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.


It is high time for the orthodox highly educated noble Advaitins to realize their religious-based orthodox chosen path was meant for the ignorant people in the past, therefore, it is outdated not suited for the modern mindset. 


The right path for the modern mindset is the path of the wisdom or reason of Sage Sankara. The orthodox religious Advaitic path is nothing to do with ultimate truth or Brahman. Thus, getting stuck with the religious path is geeing stuck with duality.


Getting stuck with duality is getting stuck with the falsehood. Getting stuck with the falsehood is accepting the experience of birth, life, death, and the world as reality. Thus the people who want freedom or Moksha right here, right now must that is in this very life and in this very world must follow the path of wisdom or Soulcentric reason. 


The orthodoxy is the path of ignorance because it is based on the illusory experience of birth, life, death, and the world as reality. ~ Santthosh Kumaar


Before the appearance of the ‘I’ there was only the Soul . After the disappearance of the ‘I’, there is only the Soul.+

Before the appearance of the ‘I’ there was only the Soul or consciousness. After the disappearance of the ‘I’, the Soul or consciousness alone prevails as the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

That is why the Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is Advaita.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

First, you must make sure the ‘I’ itself is illusory because the ‘I’ is not permanent.

No second thing existed other than the Soul, the Self prior to the appearance of the ‘I’ and ‘I’ never exists now, and also ‘I’ will never exist in the future. The ‘I’ is merely an illusory appearance.

Let you be clear on one thing. The ‘I’ is merely a dualistic illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. but in the reality, ‘I’ neither exists in the past nor exists now, nor going to exist in the future.

Whatever existed in the past and whatever exists now and whatever is going to exists in the future is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

Whatever has appeared as ‘I’ is nothing but consciousness? The ‘I’ has no value because it is merely an illusion or Maya.

If you search for the truth then you will find only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. If you search for the Soul then you will find only the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.

The ‘I’ is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

Some Gurus used the word ‘I’ to indicate the Self. And they think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The ‘I’ is not the Self, but the Soul; the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is real and eternal.

When the Soul is the real Self then how ’I’ can remain. Only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness prevails, not the ‘I’.

The world in which you exist is the falsehood. Thus, you are the false Self within the falsehood. The falsehood appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality). Therefore, realize ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal’ on order to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ helps to get rid of ignorance, which is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion (world) as a reality.

People's approach is more practical, and they are stuck with the reality of the world, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Manduka Upanishads:~ Those who want Brahman will not practice control of the mind. That is Yoga for duffers.+

It is impossible to stop thought for more than a second whilst in the waking experience. If one succeeds in controlling thought and then banishes it, one passes into Nirvikalpa Samadhi, which is identical to deep sleep. 

The only difference between ordinary deep sleep and Samadhi, therefore, is that the ordinary man falls asleep involuntarily whereas the yogi has the satisfaction of knowing that he has passed into sleep by his own effort of will in banishing thoughts.

Yoga can yield the only duality, because everything that one can do or practice becomes a vanishing 'known.' It yields relative truth based on imagination, which is true from a physical viewpoint of view, not the-dual truth, which is the ultimate reality.

The yogic truth is the individual truth, not universal. The "Religions place God as the unknown reality” Every religious believer has a different idea of God. Every man has a different idea of reality. Hence, the need for definition before the study.

The yogic teachings about six chakras and seven chakras of Raja yoga are based on fact and fiction. It was noted that there were nervous plexuses and nodules at intervals in the spine and other parts of the body. Upon this basis, the yogis started imagining that if the ego is concentrated on each one a different mystic result would be obtained. But that is merely a fancy.

Manduka Upanishads: - Those who want Brahman will not practice control of the mind. That is Yoga for duffers. The others will inquire and practice discrimination. (p.231)

Yoga and Samadhi are not the goals but a means to an end, i.e. Gnana. Samadhi in itself is useless because the mind is withdrawn and there is no memory of it until after it is over and one returns to the waking state. 

Yogi who attains mind control: it is only deep sleep. The world must be seen before you can know its true nature in Gnana. The yogi who shuts it out thereby deprives himself of the opportunity to achieve Gnana.

Brih. Upanishad: ~ "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation."(page 32).

The Gnani sees the essential universal unity and the multiplicity of objects simultaneously. The person in deep sleep or Samadhi leaves out the objects and sees the essence; hence he has not the full Gnana. There was no permanent cure however without Gnana, and Yoga does not yield Gnana.

Sage Sankara in the commentary to "Brahma Sutras:- " "The highest beatitude is not to be attained by Yoga." (Sacred Books of East Series page 298 Vol.1.) And he also says Samadhi is the same as sleep (p.312)

~this indicates that yoga is not the means to self-realization. And yogic Samadhi is not non-dual self-awareness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Vedas are the final goal and authority, and if the Puranas differ in any respect from the Vedas, the Puranas are to be rejected without mercy.+

The seeker of truth must know the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

Religious people believe the stories of Jesus who raised the dead and Krishna who picked a mountain as a reality but Jesus who raised the dead and Krishna who picked a mountain within the dualistic illusion. Whatever belongs to dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion.

One must remember that for all periods the Vedas are the final goal and authority, and if the Puranas differ in any respect from the Vedas, the Puranas are to be rejected without mercy.

If you feel Puranas says something and the Vedas say something else, reject the Puranas and believe in the Vedas. The Puranas are just a myth.

India takes pride in being the descendants of the Sages of truth who gave the Advaita the ultimate truth. The Advaitic truth is the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

All the mythological God's existence is a myth. Such Gods can exist only within the dualistic illusion. Thus, the existence of such Gods is illusory.

Mythological God and Goddesses based on belief. The belief is not God. The belief implies duality. From the ultimate standpoint, the duality is merely an illusion. Thus, whatever one sees, knows, believes, and experiences within the dualistic illusion are bound to be an illusion.

Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely superstition. Mythology was introduced in the past for the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded as one progresses in his spiritual advancement.

Swami Vivekananda:~ This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourself to your own mind does not befit you, the Soul. Self is infinite, deathless, and birthless. Because the Self is infinite Spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake! Stand up and fight! Die if you must. There is none to help you. Self is the entire world. Who can help you? -

Swami Vivekananda: ~ If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.

Mythology breeds superstition, blind belief, and senseless rituals, and most irrational and gives them a divine outlook.

Mythological contains stories of people with 10 with seven heads, etc., which are fables, yet are taken seriously by pundits. All these stories are a reality within the dualistic illusion. The waking experience is the dualistic illusion. Thus, whatever belongs to the dualistic illusion is bound to be a falsehood. In reality, there is no duality because there is only Oneness.

That the ancient sages had miraculous occult power and books relate stories of their feats, are fairy tales were meant for children, women, and those whose minds had not developed.

When ‘Self’ is not ‘you’ then whatever you have seen, known believed and experienced as reality is bound to be an illusion. Thus, self-realization is necessary to realize your present the world in which you exist is merely an illusion.

If the present world in which you exist is merely an illusion, then whatever you believed is a reality with the world in which you exist is bound to be an illusion.

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

There is a clear cut idea of God in the Vedas, Upanishad, and Bhagavad Gita. And also there is a clear-cut idea of what not to worship as God in place of real God. Thus, it proves on Vedic perspective the Puranic Gods are not Vedic Gods.

Vedas says never to accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman.

Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Shruti, or revealed scripture. This may be because Sage Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus, in the idea of God—and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter. He believed that those of superior intelligence, have no need of this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Shruti and arrive at the truth of Advaita by pure reason.

The intricate maze of the philosophy of different schools claims to clarify matters and reveal the Truth, but in fact, they create more confusion where no confusion need exist. To understand anything there is a need for perfect understanding and assimilation of the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Why worry about the physical body, ego, logic creation, creator, saints and sages, and the world, which are part and parcel of the illusion or Maya.

All conceptual divisions invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis. Where do all these concepts end? Why should confusion be created and then explained away? Fortunate is the man who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of philosophy but goes straight to the Source from which they all rise. [

Assuming or speculating and coming to logical conclusion on the base of physical self/ego is intellectuality. Therefore, intellectuality is egocentric. Egocentricity is the greatest obstacle in grasping the nondual truth.

There is no need to study philosophies of western and eastern philosophers; they are not the means to acquire Self-Knowledge or nondual wisdom. They are in fact an obstacle in the pursuit of truth because they are based on the physical self/ego. There is no necessity to study the philosophy of any great thinkers to ensure firm realization.

There is no need for any philosophy to verify the truth of the self. All that is intellectual wealth, useful in explaining doubts and difficulties if others rise them if he himself encounter them in course of thinking. But to attain realization, all that is not necessary. One wants fresh water to drink, but he does not require all the water in the whole lake to quench his quest.

Philosophical Authoritarianism merely assumes as true what another says, but what has yet to be proved. Lots of pundits will teach “Who am ‘I’”? but none have deeply analyzed it scientifically, none can prove it. Rational proof is needed in pursuit of truth, so that one can arrive at knowing truth i.e. Wisdom; theirs is mere dogma, parrotism, repetition of what they read in scripture.

Philosophical argument leads nowhere. If a philosopher says “Self” is formless “another will reply, "No, self has a form! If one says "his adopted philosophy has higher value then all other philosophy” another will say, "No, that is lower and there are many philosophies higher than that." It is impossible to get anywhere with such talk because both sides are merely assuming and imagining.

The Reality has no method. Illusion has many methods, many problems, and many concepts.

Awakening is nothing but a complete, perfect understanding. A clear-cut understanding of ‘what is what’ is awakening. Reality is not to be achieved, it is there. After this thorough understanding, nothing is required. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.+

Advaita means existence. The Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness is the real existence hidden by the dualistic illusion or Maya or ‘I’. The Soul is one without the second.

The Soul is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness. The Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Advaita is the nature of the God, the Self. Advaita is the real God. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

The ‘I’ is not limited to you. ‘I’ is the whole universe in which you exist. Without the ‘I’ the worlds in which you exist cease to exist. The world in which you exist appears when ‘I’ appears and the world in which you exist disappears when ‘I’ disappears.

The ‘Self is the whole hidden by the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind, therefore; ‘I’ is the mind.

The mind is present in the form of the form, time, and space together; therefore, the form, time, and space together are the mind.

The duality is present only when the form, time, and space are present, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the duality.

The form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the universe.

The universe appears as the waking or dream, therefore, the waking or dream is the universe.

The waking is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking.

That is why the Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides Soul, the God in truth. 

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

Remember this: ~

Without the ‘I’ there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the mind, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the form, time, and space, there is only the Soul, the fullness of consciousness.

Without the universe, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the waking or the dream, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the individual experience of birth, life, death, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

From the standpoint of the Soul, the ‘I’ is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the mind is an illusion.

On the standpoint of the Soul, the form, time and space are an illusion.

On the standpoint of the Soul, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the waking or dream is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the individual experience of birth, life, death is an illusion.

The Soul is the cause of all that exists as an illusion and the Soul itself is uncaused.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality’ and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘not the ‘I’ but the Soul then whatever hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the Soul is the Self, is Self –realization.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is ever-present. Without consciousness the world, in which you exist cease to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The illusion hides the truth of the Advaita.

The Soul becomes an illusion in waking (duality) and waking becomes the Soul in deep sleep (nonduality).

The one that becomes the duality (waking or dream) and one that remains nonduality in deep sleep are the Soul, the Self.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as truth other than consciousness. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara: ~ Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae) and medicines to such a one?+

Sage Sankara says:~ Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together

A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman.” Brahman must be experienced. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by perverse arguments.:~
