Sage Sankara says:~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, Let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, Let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated and without the realization of the Soul as the Self, there shall be no freedom from ignorance.

All the Advaita teaching and teachers of the east and west are based on the dualistic perspective. All the dualistic Advaita propagated today are commercialized by religious, yogic, or intellectual toppings.

All commercial-grade Advaitic teachings are dualistic and lead to hallucinations based on imagination. They buried the real Advaitic wisdom under labyrinths of hotchpotch knowledge from different sources.

They are conceptual and intellectual divisions invented by the Gurus mixing religion; yoga and intellectualism by their excessive analysis and propagated as Advaita.

Fortunate is the seeker who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, but indulges in deeper self-search and realizes the ‘Self’ hidden by the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

That is why Sage Sankara said:~ Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

There is no need to study Advaita Vedanta or any scriptures to self-realization.

Upanishad: ~ “The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate the personal Gods, scriptures, worship, rituals, yogas are not the means to Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, then why anyone should indulge in it.

The religion, concept of individualized God, belief in physical Gurus; scriptures are a great obstacle to Self-realization because they belong to the dualistic illusion. The seeker needs to mentally transcend the dualistic illusion into a non-dualistic reality.

The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper Self-search and assimilate and realize it.

Sage Sankara gave religious, ritual, or dogmatic instruction to the ignorant populace but Advaitic wisdom only to the few who could rise to it. Hence, the interpretation of his writings by commentators is often confusing because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.

Sage Sankara: ~” Action (karma) cannot destroy ignorance, for it is not in conflict with or opposed to ignorance. Knowledge does verily destroy ignorance as light destroys deep darkness. ~ Atma Bodha

Sage Sankara:~ “VC Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together (verses-6)

VC- The liberation cannot be the result of good works, for Shruti, itSelf declares that there is no hope for immortality through wealth. (Verses -7)

Veda addresses itself to two kinds of audiences - the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the most advanced seeker who seeks to know Brahman.

Thus, the purva mimam. sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond the dualistic illusion.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) - one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and witness of the universe, which is in the form of mind. By tracing the source of the mind or universe one will be able to realize the Brahman.

Thus, Self-knowledge is meant only for those who have intense urge, and courage to accept the truth with humility and reject the untruth. Since people start comparing with their scriptural knowledge, it becomes impossible to assimilate and realize the non-dual truth. Therefore, there is no need to convince anyone other than our own selves to get a firm conviction.

So they clearly indicate rituals and theories are not meant for those who are searching for higher knowledge or wisdom. The path of wisdom is the only means.

Isa Upanishads indicate ~ “By worshipping Gods and Goddesses and going to the world of Gods after death is of no use. The time one spends in ritualistic practices is wasted; one can spend the same time moving forward towards Self-knowledge, which is the main goal.

One cannot reach the non-dual destination by glorifying God and Goddesses and by doing that, one goes deeper and deeper into darkness. It surely indicates the fact that the seeker of truth has to drop the worshiping God and Goddess in order to get Self-knowledge. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita means another name for the Soul, the Self. The Soul is one without the second.+

The Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Advaita is the nature of God, the Self. Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of Consciousness.

Remember this: ~

The ‘Self is the whole hidden by the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind, therefore; ‘I’ is the mind.

The mind is present in the form of the form, time, and space together; therefore, the form, time, and space together are the mind.

The duality is present only when the form, time, and space are present, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the duality.

The form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the universe.

The universe appears as the waking or dream, therefore, the waking or dream is the universe.

The waking is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the God in truth, which is ever nondual.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

Remember this: ~

Without the ‘I’ there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of Consciousness.

Without the mind, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of Consciousness.

Without the form, time, and space, there is only the Soul, the fullness of Consciousness.

Without the universe, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of Consciousness.

Without the waking or the dream, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of Consciousness.

Without the individual experience of birth, life, death, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of Consciousness.

Remember this: ~

From the standpoint of the Soul, the ‘I’ is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the mind is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the form, time, and space are an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the waking or dream is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the individual experience of birth, life, death is an illusion.

The Soul is the cause of all that exists as an illusion and the Soul itself is uncaused.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality’ and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘not the ‘I’ but the Soul then whatever hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the Soul is the Self, is Self –realization.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. The consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The dualistic illusion or Maya hides the truth of the Advaita.

The Soul becomes an illusion in waking (duality) and waking becomes the Soul is deep sleep (nonduality).

The one that becomes the duality (waking or dream) and one that remains nonduality in deep sleep, is the Soul, the Self.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as truth other than consciousness. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

The theological Advaita is based on the birth entity (ego) Gnanic Advaita is based on the Atman (Soul).+


DVI" means two. DVI" connotes dual existence and the non-dual. Which of these two is non-existence? People think that there is God and that the jivas--Souls-like them form, the second, other than them. There is no such duality at all.

"Soul”, is present in the form of consciousness, is the only reality and there is no second thing other than this Soul, the Self, which s present in the form of consciousness.

The whole universe in, which we all exist, is created out of consciousness. Hence it is nondual (non-duality). The Soul or consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

The garbage of the religious beliefs dogmas superstition is confounded with the human imagination. The great reality of the glory of the religious Gods hyped and obscured by so much tinsel and commercialism.

The spirituality is not theology. Advaita is not a philosophy but Advaita is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Advaita is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana or knowledge of the Spirit or GOD.

The word “Advaita” is one without the second. Advaita essentially refers to the Atman and the whole existence. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness without the illusory division of the form, time and space.

The theology is nothing to do with spirituality. Advaita is pure spirituality. The theological Advaita is nothing to do with the Advaitic wisdom, which is based on the Spirit the Atman.

Theological Advaita is conceptual having its own doctrine is nothing to do with the Gnanic Advaita because Gnanic Advaita is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Both approaches are not workable together because the theological Advaita is based on the birth entity (ego) Gnanic Advaita is based on the Atman (Soul).

Thus, the theological Advaita has to be discarded without mercy to get Advaitic Gnana.

“Advaita” is a term used variously to express the unity of the reality. Advaita is unity in diversity.

The seeker has to begin by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal? to establish in Advaitic reality by sheer reasoning alone. The reasoning is the right way to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space. People must first know what is truth? and what is untruth’.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom is not a teaching or a philosophy but Advaita is the universal wisdom. Advaitic wisdom is neither a teaching nor a theory but it is merely guidance to those who are seriously seeking the ultimate truth or Brahman. Grasp the ultimate truth anytime, any age, if seeker has the spiritual maturity and capacity to grasp to grasp it.

Sage Sankara says: ~ VC-47 All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self.

It really depends on his inborn natural capacity to understand and assimilate it. Sage Sri, Sankara’s wisdom is a Self-examiner, to test oneself to discover how near to Gnana he has approached and what progress has already been made on the path and what still remains to be done. It sets up criterion for Self-judgement. There are millions in search of truth but one in million will be able to grasp it.

Without Sage Sankara there is no Advaita (nonduality). Since it was mixed up with orthodoxy there is lots of confusion. I am highlighting all the obstacles, which is blocking one from realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman. There are so many non-dualistic masters of the east and also from the west who expound Advaitic or non-dualistic knowledge but none of them are helpful to reach the ultimate end.

One has to one has to know and realize the t Self is Soul and identify it as his true identity to find liberation from the bondage of the illusion of birth, life, death and the world(duality). The goal of our life is to find and realize our identity with our Soul, which is our innermost Self.

Sage Sankara said: ~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. (1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg. 25

To come to a more precise understanding of what non-duality is or might mean, we must return to the original linguistic and philosophic backgrounds from which the words has been translated into English.

If we limit a probe of the meaning of non-duality to Hindu Sanskrit literature, we find that the most frequently used term is “Advaita.

Advaita” is not a religious concept. Advaita is the nature of the existence hidden by the form, time and space. The seeker has to attempt to rule out from the beginning a false understanding of the reality by perfect understanding of ‘what is what’.

The Advaita is hidden by the Dvaita. Advaita is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Dvaita is the universe.

Advaita is basically a denial; it is literally the negation of the Dvaita. That means whatever remains by negating the universe by realizing the universe is created out of single clay and that clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, the hidden truth by Dvaita uncovered. The consciousness is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.

Swami Vivekananda: ~Jnana Yoga is divided into three parts. First: hearing the truth--that the Atman is the only reality and that everything else is Maya. Second: reasoning upon this philosophy from all points of view. Third: giving up all further argumentation and realizing the truth. This realization comes from being certain that Brahman is real and everything else is unreal.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC In the dream state, even though there is no contact with the outside world, the Soul alone projects the entire dream universe of enjoyer, enjoyment etc. Similarly, the waking state is no different. All this world of pluralistic phenomena is illusory projection.

Chandogya Upanishad: ~ One who meditates upon and realizes the Self discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the Self.

Sage Goudpada: ~ “To establish the truth of Non-duality by sheer reasoning alone. He begins by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal?" etc., because that is the right way to discuss or teach. People must first know what they are talking about. (Manduka Karika)

Sage Sankara founded his Advaita Vedanta either on reason independent of Sruti or on Sruti confirmed by reason.

Sage Sankara's commentary on the Manduka Upanishad, II, 1: This [the unreality of duality] is borne out by the Shrutis ... But it is possible also to show the unreality of the object world even from pure reasoning, and this second chapter is undertaken for that purpose.

Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Sruti, or revealed scripture. This may be because, Sri, Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus in the idea of God—and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter.

Sage Sankara believed that those of superior intelligence, have no need of this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Sruti and arrive at the truth of Non-Dualism by pure reason.

Religious path and yogic path are nothing to do with ultimate truth or Brahman. The scriptures are nothing to do with ultimate truth or Brahman. Gurus, swamis, and yogis are nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ “Advaita encompasses everything. Since Advaita requires heavy-duty intellectualism, it had to be progressively simplified. (From 'The Complete works of Swami Vivekananda)

The goal of the truth seeker is to acquire Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is inherent in every seeker of truth. Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana does not come from outside, it is hidden within the world in which we exist.

Sage Sankara strongly advocated the study of Upanishads, and at the same time cautioned that study of Upanishad alone would not lead to moksha. In matters of such as spiritual attainment, one’s own realization was the sole authority and it cannot be disputed

Self-knowledge cannot be attained by the study of the scriptures and intellectual understanding or by bookish knowledge. Therefore, there is no use of studying the scriptures and other scriptures in order to acquire non-dual wisdom. That is why Bhagavan Buddha rejected the scriptures, and even Sage Sankara indicated that the ultimate truth lies beyond religion, concept of God and scriptures.

Sage Sankara gave out what was of most use to the greatest number of people. Therefore, in the commentaries on the Upanishads, such as the famous Manduka Upanishads, he gave the highest nondual message of the identity of Atman and Brahman, revitalizing the philosophy and the practice of Advaita, while in the commentaries on the Brahmasutra he gave a lesser teaching, positing both higher and lower Maya and higher and lower Brahman (Ishvara) to explain creation for those of lesser intellects until they were ready for the highest truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sages ignored these rituals and went in search of higher knowledge. ... Such rituals and yoga are unsafe rafts for crossing the Ocean of ignorance.+

Doomed to shipwreck are those who try to cross the ocean of ignorance on these poor rafts. Ignorant of their own ignorance, yet wise in their own esteem, these deluded men proud of their vain learning go round and round like the blind led by the blind.

Sage Sankara pointed out those rituals could in no way bring about wisdom, much less moksha.

There is no need for a guru to know that you and your guru and the world in which you exist are created out of single stuff and that single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of that single stuff is the self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Gnana is given neither from outside nor from another person.
There is no need to follow anyone. There is no need to practice anything. A perfect understanding and assimilation of ‘what is what’ leads to realizing the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.
Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge rituals, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman
~then why you indulge in rituals.
Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge in yoga, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman
~then why you indulge in yoga.
Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani)
~ then why you are sticking to a Guru who is not a Gnani.
Sage Sankara says ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.
There is nothing to realize other than realizing the universe in which we exist is created out single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The consciousness is real and eternal.
All my blogs and postings are verified truth. As one goes on reading, all his doubts and confusion will start clearing. It takes time to be receptive to Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana because it is the Soulcentric knowledge whereas all accumulated knowledge is egocentric.
I am highlighting all the obstacles in the inner journey and how to overcome these obstacles. All accumulated knowledge is of no use in the path of wisdom.
It is for every seeker, who is in the path of wisdom to realize himself “What is the truth?, “and “What is untruth?” to assimilate the Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
My postings are only signposts. The seeker needs to reflect constantly on the subject until the cobwebs of his doubts and confusion get cleared.
It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.
The inner Sage will guide you with love. Your sincerity and seriousness lead you to the inner core.

Through Advaitic wisdom the seeker will have a yardstick unmistakably know what to accept as the truth and what to discard as untruth.+

Through perfect understanding and assimilation, Advaitic wisdom will naturally dawn. Through Advaitic wisdom, the seeker will have a yardstick unmistakably know what to accept as the truth and what to discard as untruth.

By cultivating the soulcentric vision of the worldview, the egocentric vision of the worldview diminishes and there is self-awareness in midst of the dualistic illusion (universe)

In Self-awareness, the universe becomes one with its essence. That essence is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

When one realizes the nature of the universe then he is no longer affected in any way by the dualistic illusion.

 Awareness is the nature of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is unaffected by the dualistic illusion because the dualistic illusion is created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Realizing the Soul does not die nor is it born. The universe and Mukthi or nirvana belong to the dualistic illusion. The dualistic illusion arises momentarily, it is impermanent, because the dualistic illusion appears and disappears.

The reality is beyond the form, time, and space. The form, time, and space are essential materials for the dualistic illusion. Without the form, time, and space the dualistic illusion cease to exist. The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the ‘I’.

The reality is hidden by the ‘I’. The seeker of truth should not cling to the ‘I’ if he is interested in realizing the truth, which is beyond the 'I'.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the ignorance.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the dualistic illusion.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the body or the ego and the mind.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the universe.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the form, time, and space.

By sticking to ‘I’ is sticking to the three states.

Remember:~

Without the ‘I’, there is no ignorance.

Without the ‘I', there is no dualistic illusion.

Without the ‘I’, there is no physical body or ego and the mind.

Without the ‘I’, there is no universe.

Without the ‘I', there is no form, time, and space.

Without the ‘I’ there are no three states.

A permanent view of the world as an illusion can come only after Soul centric reasoning; such knowledge cannot change. Were the seeker is sufficiently sharpness he could grasp the unreal nature of the world by Soul-centric reasoning alone. To know the whole truth, one must know the whole universe, otherwise, he gets only half-truth.

Bhagavan Buddha: ~ “There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara:- The individual has no reality. Only the Self is real; the rest, mental and physical are but passing appearance.+

India is the home of mysticism and deification and very few are keen on rational Advaitic truth. Indian populace is most interested in their caste and creed propagated by different founders in different regions of India.

Very few people are interested in Advaitic wisdom. In Atmic path has no place for an extra-cosmic God or for anything supernatural.

Without Sage Sankara, there is no Advaita. Without Advaitic wisdom, it is impossible to realize the truth, which is hidden by the form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara’s whole wisdom can be summed up in one sentence, ‘There is nothing else but Brahman”.

Sage Sankara says that Absolute Existence, Absolute Knowledge, and Absolute awareness are real. The universe is not real.

Sage Sankara says that Brahma and Atman are one. The ultimate and the Absolute Truth is the Self, which is one though appearing as many different individuals. The individual has no reality. Only the Self is real; the rest, mental and physical are but passing appearances.

Genuine philosophy must be independent of religion, that in Sage Sankara himself the Saguna Brahman or a personal God is only a part of the phenomenal (if not illusory) world, and the Nirguna Brahman is the only reality and has nothing to do with religion.

Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)

The Brahma Sutras together with Sage Sankara's commentary thereon do not contain the higher wisdom. They are intended for those who are incapable of thinking rationally.

Sage Sankara's commentary on the Brahma Sutras is not on a philosophical basis, but on an orthodox and mystic basis, with an appeal to the Vedas as a final authority.

In Brahma Sutra Sage Sankara takes the position that there is another entity outside us, i.e. the wall really exists separately from the mind. This was because, Sage Sankara explains in Manduka that those who study the Sutras are orthodox minds, intellectual children, hence his popular viewpoint to assist them. 

These people are afraid to go deeper because it means being heroic enough to refuse to accept Shruti, and God's authority, in case they mean punishment by God.

A Gnani says the scriptures for children, but wise seekers will think rationally.

In Brahma Sutras Sage Sankara takes for granted, assumes that a world was created: He there mixes dogmatic theology with philosophy.

That God created the world is an absolute lie, nevertheless one will find Sage Sankara (in his commentary on Vedanta Sutras) clearly says this! He has to adapt his teachings to his audience, reserving the highest for philosophical minds.

The text of Brahma Sutras is based on religion, dogmatism, but in the commentary Sage Sankara cleverly introduced some philosophy. If it is objected that many Upanishads are equally dogmatic because they also begin by assuming Brahman, only a few Upanishads do not but prove Brahman at the end of a train of proof.

Scholars' translation of Brahma Sutras in Sacred Books of East must be read cautiously as he has not understood its highest sense, e.g. for Advaita, they wrongly put "Unity" instead of “Non-duality."

Sage Sankara gave religion and scholasticism and yoga no less than the Advaitic wisdom, to the seeking world. He was great enough to be able to do so. His commentary on Manduka is pure Advaitic truth, but many of his other books are presented from a religious standpoint to help those who cannot rise up to philosophy.

Orthodoxy is the home of mysticism and deification that is why they are not keen on the rational truth.

Sage Sankara is the Jagadguru to the religious followers and he is a Brahma Gnani to the seeking world.

Advaita is not a religion. Advaita is not philosophy. Advaita is not yoga. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the Soul itself. Advaita is the ultimate truth. Advaita is Brahman. Advaita is God itself.

That is why Sage Sankara says:~ “VC-v6- Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

Sage Sankara said:~ “Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many gods as you please, observe ceremonies and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is knowledge of the Spirit or God in truth.

Sage Sankara means Advaita and Advaita means Sage Sankara. If the seeker is seeking truth nothing but the truth then he has to drop all the theistic Advaita and different versions of Advaita created by eastern and western masters without mercy, in order to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Such teaching instead of helping the seeker blocks them from realizing the truth, hidden by the ‘I’.

Sage Sankara alone is Brahma Gnani the humanity has to bow with gratitude to the great sage.

People who go round and round in search of truth still have to walk around the mountains and face other difficulties. The seekers who have come to a conclusion the outer path is inadequate and useless to find the truth which they are seeking will take up the Atmic path.

Atmic path is the inner path or mental path. The Atmic path takes the seeker straight to the source and is not obstructed by any obstacles on the way. One also reaches the destination faster if he is sincere and serious in his quest for truth.

Upanishad says:~ “The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate that belief in the personal Gods, yoga scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge, then why anyone should indulge in it.

The religion, concept of individualized god and scriptures are the greatest obstacle to Self-realization because they are based on false Self. The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper Self-search and assimilate and realize it.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC- Neither sacred baths nor any amount of charity nor even Hundreds of pranayamas* can give us the knowledge about our own Self. The firm realization of the nature of the Self is seen to proceed from inquiry along the lines of the salutary advice of the wise. (13)

All accumulated knowledge is of no use in the path of wisdom. Without realizing “What is the truth it is impossible to realize “What is untruth?” Without realizing what is truth and what is the untruth, it is impossible to assimilate the Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seeker must know with full and firm conviction what truth is.

That is why Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true

Advaitic Wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is the consciousness. The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul or consciousness, the Self, is quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only through inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia.

Deeper thinking and Soulcentric reasoning help the seeker to unfold the truth which is hidden within the form, time, and space.

There is no need to follow anyone. Self-realization becomes easy if you independently walk your path.+
