Your religion, your religious Gods your race, your nationality are nothing to do with Soul, which is God in truth.+


When the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness then what is the use of discussing about the birth, life, death, and the world because the one, which is born, lives and dies is not the ‘Self.

The Soul is birthless and deathless because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

You are the birth entity. Your existence is limited to form, time, and space. Your religion, your religious Gods your beliefs, your religious rituals and prayers, your race, your nationality are nothing to do with Soul, the ‘Self, which is ever nondual.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness itself is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

On the Vedic perspective, all your religious Gods are non-Vedic Gods based on the Mythological Myth.

Religious Gods are based on blind belief. Belief is not God. Religious God cannot be considered as a center because the Soul, the innermost ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists. Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, it means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence. God in truth is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember:~
We may belong to a different religion, belief, culture, tradition and lineage, nationality, and race.
We are a separate entity with identity with names with diverse blood groups, DNA, skin color.
With all this diversity there is unity because the world in which our birth, life, and death take place is created out of single clay. That single clay is the consciousness.
Knowledge of this single clay brings unity in diversity. Knowledge of this single clay is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
There is a need for humanity to realize we all are made of the same clay.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the only weapon that can stop the wars, violence, terrorism, which is going in the name of God and religion, and bring universal peace, universal love, and universal brotherhood.

Religion makes diversity in unity whereas spirituality or Adyathma brings unity in diversity.

Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad says: "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

That is why Sage Sankara:~ VC- v6- Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

Sage Sankara goes on to say: ~A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman.” Brahman must be realized. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

Sage Sankara says:~ A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by subtle arguments.

The Atmic path is not for the religious and yogic minded people. Religious and yogic people must move on their chosen path. The Atmic path is for only seekers of truth who are seriously searching the truth of their own existence.

Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus we find traces of knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (II -23-P-20)

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara itself is Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.+


Sage Sankara ’s Advaitic wisdom will one day replace all the religion of the world, because Advaitic wisdom is the knowledge of the God in truth.

Sage Sankara ’s Advaitic wisdom bring universal brother hood and unity in diversity.

Until Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom   is propagated effectively many generations will suffer and violence, wars and terrorism, which is going on in the name of religion and God.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara itself is Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The goal of the true seeker is to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is the end of all egocentric knowledge.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is declared by the Indian sages in the past has to be mentally excavated from labyrinths of philosophy. So many conceptual divisions were invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis and a different idea of truth and interpretations. All these concepts and ideas are a never-ending process.

The seeker of truth need not take the path of doubt and confusion, which takes him nowhere. Fortunate is the seeker who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of these theoretical philosophies. By perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ leads to non-dual Self-awareness. The seeker has to behave in a normal and sane way and silently reflect on the subject constantly.

There is no physical body, no ego, and no experience of the world in the realm of truth because the body and the world are one in essence. That essence is consciousness.

The one who has the firm conviction that he is an individual separate from the world and world that existed prior to him and he is born in it afterward is egocentric. And he is unfit to grasp the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The seeker has to trace the source of the mind or universe to realize the fact that, mind and its formless substance and the source are one in essence.

The truth is hidden within the mind which is in the form of the universe and it requires deeper self-search mental excavation, the removal of the ignorance, which is the cause of experiencing the illusory universe or Maya as reality.

Grasping the transparent Truth of the self, which is hidden by illusion or waking or universe, is to be attained through soulcentric reasoning, followed by reflection, meditation, and so forth, but not through perverted egocentric arguments.

People think Self-knowledge is very difficult to achieve or understand. Self-knowledge has to be acquired carefully and gradually, through deeper self-search.

The Soul, the Self reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready. Dig into older posts and blogs you will find answers to all your questions. Without reading the full subject matter coming to a judgment on your own point of view is not wisdom. Atmic path is not a question and answers session. Atmic path is not the path exchange views and opinion. I have bifurcated what is not needed to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. I respect everyone's views and wisdom.

Some people expect me to comment on their individual views and opinion and experiences. I do not want to mix others' views opinions and experiences, which is of no use in the Atmic path. I share only what reveals to me from the inner core.

Self-knowledge will not arise from the exchange of views and opinions and arguments. The accumulated knowledge is not a yardstick, to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

In the path of wisdom discussion of unimportant subject matter and creates a hindrance. The path of truth is the path of verification. Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Agreeing to disagree causes unnecessary friction.

Sharing is giving info for the sake of goodness. As with all things, achieving a balance of peaceful communications is established with respect, humility, understanding, and patience. Balancing an achievement is harder.

The seeker has to stop passing unimportant opinions in this Atmic path. Atmic path is not the path of discussion, but the path of realization of the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. The world is unreal ~ “The unreal hides the truth because the world is created out of the real.
Sage Sankara: ~VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never come out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.
Sage Sankara:~ VC~ 63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’ how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

Advaita is nothing but God in truth.

God in Vedas is not the God people believe and worship. Vedas say not to accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman but people unaware of their own sacred Vedas and worship non-Vedic Gods as real Gods.

God in the Bible is not the God people believe and worship. Bible says to worship God in spirit and in truth.

In Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ It has been said that God Supreme or Supreme Spirit.

Vedas and Upanishad confirm the Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.

If God is a formless Spirit, then how does the man know God created the world? There is no proof. If the man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e. were created).

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.

The Spirit is present in the form of consciousness. Everything is consciousness. All the moments are within the dualistic illusion. Whatever happens within the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, consciousness alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

The Spirit, the  God alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

There is no God in the dualistic illusion because the dualistic illusion is created out of God, which is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness. Thus, God alone is real.

Search for the God. God is not within your body but it is hidden within the world in which you exist.

God is not in any mosque, temple, or church. The religious Gods are not God in truth.

The dualistic worship of "God” only for the ignorant populace and Advaitic wisdom, unfolds the mystery of the real God.

Lord Krishna himself says Ch~ V:~ “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

It proves that the all-pervading Atman, which is present in the form of consciousness, is God. Thus, worshipping the form-based Gods is meant for the ignorant populace who are incapable of realizing the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

People who are saying ‘I Am GOD’ are hallucinating that they become God. First, you must know what is God suppose to be in truth.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say ‘I’ if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

If one thinks the Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth, then he has to drop all theories based on the ‘I’. All the theories based on the ‘I’ are based on the dualistic perspective. How can one realize the non-dualistic truth on the dualistic theories?

The ‘I’ hides the Advaita, which is the ultimate truth. Thus, why glorify the ‘I’ which is the cause of the ignorance. The seeker has to make sure and accept only the uncontradictable truth.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes.” (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is ever nondual.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the ‘Self’. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the ‘Self’, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true ‘Self’, which is eternal.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take it as real because some Gurus have propagated the ‘Self’ as the ‘I’. There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

Advaita is not a theory.


Advaita is the nature of the truth.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the  ‘Self’.

Advaita is the Soul itself’.

Advaita is the nature of God because Rigveda says the Soul itself’ is God.

Advaita is nothing but God in truth.

Thus, it is time to realize the world in which we exist is created out of the Soul, which is the ‘Self’. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the world in which we exist and it, itself’ is uncaused.

The Soul alone is real and eternal. The eternal Soul itself is God. There is no other God other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Realize the Soul, the Self is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness itself is God. Consciousness is the cause of the world in which you exist. And consciousness itself’ is uncaused.

Thus, the truth realization itself is God-realization because the ultimate truth is Brahman or God in truth. Self-realization is God-realization and God-realization is real worship.

Nothing has to be accepted as God other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Atman is Brahman means the Soul alone is God. Atman is the Advaitic God. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The Vedas do not talk about idol worship. In fact, till about 2000 years ago followers of Sanatana Dharma never worshiped idols.+


The religion blocks one from realizing God in truth because religion is based on myth whereas Spirituality is based on the truth.

God in truth is not based on your inherited blind faith or belief. The Religions are based on personal God whereas Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). God is above all needs and desires. God is always the Witnessing Subject. God can never become an object as God is beyond the reach of the senses. God is non-dual, one without a second. God has no other beside it. God is destitute of difference, either external or internal. God cannot be described because description implies a distinction. God cannot be distinguished from any other than God. In God, there is not a distinction of substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constituted the very essence or Svarupa of God, and not just God attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

Rig Veda:~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Thus, the Soul is the Goal. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

God is not he or she God is the Spirit. Do not physicalize God's worship. Such worships of non-Vedic Gods are barred by Vedas. All God with forms and attributes are not God in truth.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the Self. In reality, there is no dualities, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. (7- Verse -20)

Max Müller says: ~ “The religion of the Veda knows no idols; the worship of idols in India is a secondary formation, a degradation of the more primitive worship of ideal Gods."

Hindus are idol worshipers of the large numbers of Gods and Goddesses whereas Vedas declares God is ‘ONE’ and that God is Atman.

Hindus are idol worshipers of the large numbers of Gods and Goddesses whereas Vedas declares God is ‘ONE’ and that God is Atman.

Chandogya Upanishad Chapter: ~ ‘ekam evadvitiyam’ ~ God is only one without a second. (6- Section- 2- Verse- 1)

According to Vedas the Atman the ‘Self’’, is God in truth.

Shiv is not Vedic God. All the God s and Goddesses with form, name and attributes belongs to Hinduism, not of the Vedic religion or Santana Dharma

God and Goddesses are religious concepts. Whatever seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person within the dualistic illusion (world) is a falsehood.

Thus, it refers to formless and attributeless God, which is the Atman (Soul), the  ‘Self’ within the false experience. Thus, it indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imagination based on the false self. Thus, Atman or the Soul, the ‘Self’ is God in truth.

The Vedas do not talk about idol worship. In fact, till about 2000 years ago followers of Sanatana Dharma never worshiped idols.  

Idol worship was started by the followers of Buddhism and Jains. There is logic to idol worship. Vedas speak of one God that is the supreme ‘‘Self’’ in i.e. Atman or Soul but Hinduism indulges in worshiping 60 million Gods.

It indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imagination based on the false self.

The Vedas as a body of scripture contains many contradictions and they are fragmentary in nature. For Hindus, scriptures like the Bhagavad-Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Puranas are more attractive and appealing than the Vedas. And also the Gods and Goddesses they worship differ considerably from the Vedic ones. The collection of hymns called Vedas is written in praise of certain deities by poets over several centuries does not seem to have much significance for the Hindus.

Yajur Veda says: ~

Translation 1

They enter darkness, those who worship natural things (for example air, water, sun, moon, animals, fire, stone, etc).

They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sambhuti. (Sambhuti means created things, for example, table, chair, idol etc.) (Yajurveda 40:9)

Translation 2

Deep into the shade of blinding gloom fall asambhuti's worshippers. They sink to darkness deeper yet who on sambhuti are intent." (Yajurveda Samhita by Ralph T. H. Griffith pg 538)

Translation 3

"They are enveloped in darkness, in other words, are steeped in ignorance and sunk in the greatest depths of misery who worship the uncreated, eternal prakrti -- the material cause of the world -- in place of the All-pervading God , But those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time." (Yajurveda 40:9.)

So, Yajur Veda indicates that: ~

Rig-Veda mentions that God is “One” and God is Atman.

Thus, Atman the ‘Self is God. Thus, Self -realization is real worship. Self -knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is necessary to get realization.

To acquire ‘‘Self’’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the seeker has to realize his inherited religion is adulterated in the past and it becomes a great obstacle is realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The Seeker's aim is the search for the Ultimate Truth or Brahman or God in truth. The search to find the non-dualistic or Advaitic truth that in actuality never was lost, only hidden.

Upanishad aspiration is best expressed in the following sutra: ~

OM Asato ma sad gaMaya, tamaso ma jyotir gaMaya, mrityor ma aamritaam gaMaya. Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.

"OM Lead me from ignorance to truth, from darkness to light, from death to immortality. Peace, Peace, Peace" (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad (1/3/28)).

Belief system was coherent because they had a transcendent individualized God as a central doctrine, whereas in the realm of truth individualized God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul and the ‘Self’ are the center of all that exists.

First, one should not hold a God as the center of existence without verification. Both the theist and atheist are theories, nothing to do with ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Know God in truth to be the Soul, the Self, which is unborn and undifferentiated consciousness.+

The religion blocks one from realizing God in truth because religion is based on myth whereas the Spirituality is based on the truth.

God in truth is not based on your inherited blind faith or belief. The Religions are based on personal God whereas Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman (God) is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal and Akarta (non-agent). God is above all needs and desires. God is always the Witnessing Subject. God can never become an object as God is beyond the reach of the senses. God is non-dual, one without a second. God has no other beside it. God is destitute of difference, either external or internal. God cannot be described because description implies a distinction. God cannot be distinguished from any other than God. In God, there is not the distinction of substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constituted the very essence or Svarupa of God, and not just God attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara  is impersonal.

No one has ever seen God. By practicing yoga or indulging in glorifying and worshipping the religious God and Goddesses it is impossible to see God. Seeing God with form and name attributes is a hallucination because God exists prior to the form, time, and space.

Vedas says God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, personal Gods do not find any support from the Vedas.

As one goes deeper in the annals of the history, it indicates the fact that somewhere someone has added the Puranas in the name of Veda Vyasa the grandmaster of Vedas. It is impossible to accept and believe that Veda Vyasa authored and introduced Puranas which have all conceptual gods because:-

In Vedas, God has been described as: ~ 

Rig Veda:~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~  Godis Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. 

Thus, God with form, name, and attributes does not find any support from the Vedas.

Yajur Veda indicates that: ~

They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sambhuti. (Sambhuti means created things, for example, table, chair, idol, etc. (Yajurveda 40:9)

Those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow and suffer terribly for a long time." (Yajurveda 40:9.)

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad says: "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

The form, time, and space cease to exist as a reality when wisdom dawns. Thus, the Gods and Gurus have no place in the domain of the Advaitic reality. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, which is real God. Thus, Self-realization is the only way to God-realization. If you are stuck up with yoga you are unfit to tread the Atmic path.

That why Sage Sankara said:~Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

Upanishad says: the human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana and they indicate the personal gods, scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, then why anyone should indulge in it. The religion, concept of individualized god and scriptures are the greatest obstacle to realizing non-dual truth or Self-realization because they are based on false Self.

The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper, inquiry, analysis, and reasoning and assimilate and realize it.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ “One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman (God) which is the formless substance and the witness of the universe. The universe is present in the form of the mind. By tracing the source of the mind (universe) one will be able to realize the Brahman or God. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is no need to follow anyone. Self-realization becomes easy if you independently walk your path.+
