If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth then you must seek the truth independently.+

Right now, right here get rid of ignorance and realize the truth hidden by the ignorance. Discard all the Accumulated dualistic mental garbage.

If you are seeking truth nothing but the truth then you must seek the truth independently. If you are sticking up to gurus, yogis and intellectuals then you are sticking up to ignorance. They do not have the truth which you are seeking. They have plenty of ignorance to seduce you to remain in ignorance forever.

Without discarding the religiously propagated truth, it is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara says: ~ VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.

Sage Sankara says:~ VC-47- All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self.

Sage Sankara says: ~VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book-knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.

All your egocentric accumulated cocktail knowledge is not Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana soulcentric knowledge is not available in the spiritual supermarket.

All accumulated knowledge is mental Garbage is no use in the quest for truth. The seeker has to discard all the accumulated knowledge and start afresh.

A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ through deeper thinking and reasoning helps to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

That is why Sage Sankara:~ VC~.61- For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

Sage Sankara:~ VC- v6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

Sage Sankara’ has already declared:

‘What is the truth?’

~ Atman is Brahman ~ “Atman is the only one ultimate reality.

‘What is untruth?

~ The universe is an illusion. ~ The universe is false.

Sage Sankara’s declared this truth many centuries back Then why you are struggling to find out the truth.

Sage Sankara: ~ A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it, your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by perverted arguments.

Sage Sankara goes on to say: ~ “A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman.” Brahman must be experienced. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely a noise.

Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

Advaita means the Soul, the Self, which is second to none. The Soul, which is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Advaita is the nature of God, the innermost Self. Advaita is God. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is very much in the tune with the essence of Vedas and Upanishad but Advaitic orthodoxy indulges in non-Vedic beliefs of God and non-Vedic rituals and practices.

There is no need to condemn the Advaitic orthodoxy because it is a path meant for the ignorant as per Sage Sankara himself. Do not mix up the two and mess up your quest

The Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth

~ then why you indulge in studying the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study philosophy, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth

~then why you indulge in studying philosophies.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge rituals, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth

~then why you indulge in rituals.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge yoga, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth

~then why you indulge in yoga.

Sage Sankara says:~ the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani).

~ then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false leads truth realization.

Atman is Brahman. The Atman is the Self is non-dual because there is no second thing that exists other than the Atman. Atman is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the only true reality, and everything else, which appears as form, time, and space is merely an illusion created out of Atman: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Mundaka Upanishad: ~These performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken, when the fruit of their work is exhausted.+

Mundaka Upanishad: ~ “These performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken, when the fruit of their work is exhausted.
Arguing with religious believers is fruitless. Belief in tradition and the scripture as if they were true or factual quite clearly is a delusion, but the payoff for holding such delusions is, for those who hold them, extremely compelling ~ the avoidance of the "wrath of God," the hope of heaven or salvation, or the imagined "end of suffering."
First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they enter again this world or a lower one.
Religious orthodox think that through their good karma and performing rituals they get moksha. Religious moksha is based on the birth entity whereas spiritual moksha based on the birthless Soul, the ‘Self’.
First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (9) - Children, immersed in ignorance in various ways, flatter themselves, saying: We have accomplished life's purpose. Because these performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken, when the fruit of their work is exhausted.
Sage Goudapada says:~ The merciful Veda teaches karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, while Jnana is taught to those of higher intellect. The karma based on the false self is not a qualification to Self-Realization.
Thus, it proves that the Advaitic wisdom is kept away from religious people who are of lower and middling intellect and made them indulge in karma and Upaasana. Thus all the religious prescription is not meant to Self-Realization.

Remember:~

Sage Sankara:~ Action (karma) cannot destroy ignorance, for it is not in conflict with or opposed to ignorance. Knowledge does verily destroy ignorance as light destroys deep darkness. ~ Atma Bodha

Action/reaction is a theory based on the false ‘‘Self’’. You are the false ‘Self’ within the dualistic illusion (world). Action means karma. If one accepts the form (you or ego) as the ‘‘Self’’ then the karma theory becomes the universal principle. If you accept the fact that the ‘‘Self’’ is not you but the ‘‘Self’ is the formless Soul’, then the world in which you exist is a dualistic illusion.

By accepting the karma theory, one is accepting the illusory universe as reality and permanently remains in the clutches of ignorance.

The illusory universe m which is the dualistic illusion or Maya is present in the form of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind. The mind is present in the form of the universe.

The world appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality).

Thus, Karma theory is a hindrance in the path of truth because one accepts the false ‘‘Self’’ as real ‘‘Self’’ and false experience as a real experience and he thinks all his actions will yield fruits. Thus, he will remain permanently in the realm of unreality or ignorance. Without getting rid of ignorance truth realization or ‘‘Self’’-realization is an impossibility.

Dalai Lama said:~ Buddhism need not be the best religion though it is most scientific and religion and inquisitive. But Buddhism has no answer to certain questions like the existence of Atama (Soul) and rebirth. Dali lama said that as an individual he believes in rebirth as he had come across a few cases of rebirth. Modern science, Dalai Lama hoped would unearth the mystery behind the rebirth. (In DH –dec-212009-Gulburga)

People who are caught up with the idea of reincarnation and rebirth theories are not qualified for Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana because they accepted the duality as a reality.

People who believe in reincarnation and rebirth theories are unaware of the fact that their belief is based on the waking entity, which is the false self within the false experience.

The waking entity itself is false Self within the false experience, it means the present experience of birth, life, death, and the world is a falsehood.

Whatever is seen, known, believed, and experienced as the waking entity is bound to be a falsehood because the Soul or consciousness the Self is birthless because it is formless. Therefore, the rebirth and reincarnation theory based on the false Self is bound to be a falsehood.

Accepting rebirth and reincarnation theory as reality is accepting false Self (waking entity or ego) as a real Self and false experience (waking) as reality.

Self-realization is impossible if one accepts the present waking entity as real Self because the Self is neither the waking entity nor the Self is dream entity, but the Self is formless Soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states.

The three states are impermanent, but the Soul or consciousness, which is the witness of the three states, is permanent and eternal. In reality, the three states are one in essence. And that essence is consciousness. Therefore, there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. Thus, consciousness (Soul) is second to none.

Deeper self -search reveals the fact that the waking experience itself is an illusion. It means the present experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion. Thus, the reincarnation theory based on the false self within the false experience is bound to be a falsehood. When the waking entity is not the Self then whatever theories are based on the waking entity imagined theory.

This imagined theory based on the waking entity or ego is for those lower mindset who are incapable of grasping the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

People who are caught up with the idea of reincarnation and rebirth theories are not qualified for Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana because they accepted the duality as reality. Birth implies duality, and the duality is falsehood from the ultimate standpoint. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Getting stuck to sentiments and emotions is getting stuck to ignorance because emotions and sentiments imply duality.+

Most of the Advaitic Gurus are busy playing with the emotions and sentiments of the seekers with loving and ornamental words. Such Guru's aim is not propagating Advaitic wisdom but they are only propagating cocktail knowledge gathered from different sources. Such cocktail knowledge is not Advaitic wisdom. Such Gurus have only a commercial interest.

Getting stuck to sentiments and emotions is getting stuck to ignorance because emotions and sentiments imply duality. Duality is the product of ignorance. From the standpoint of the Soul, the duality is merely an illusion or Maya.

All your dualistic love and emotions keep you in the prison of ignorance. If you are seriously seeking truth, then you should not become a slave to your physical Guru, which blocks you from transcending from dualistic illusion to non-dualistic reality.

Sticking to physical Gurus who play with the emotion of the seekers will not be able to realize the truth hidden by the ignorance even if they have hindered births they will not get Self-realization.

Remember:~

The seeker of truth must shed prejudices and get disentangled from all that is not needed to acquire Self-knowledge. You must tread the path to the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC- v6- Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

The Soul is the reality hidden by the ‘I’, and it is very difficult to realize the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

By repeating the name of God or by rituals or by yoga or by mastering the scriptures or by penance or meditation the ignorance will not vanish but only the Advatic wisdom annihilates ignorance.

This means you should have a deeper conviction that the Self is not you but the Soul and this conviction that makes the Soul, the Self forget the world in which you exist.

When the Soul remains in its own awareness then the world in which you exist has become on with the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. That is unity in diversity. This is real Advaita.

The Soul, the Self is nothing to do with you, and your experience of birth, life, death, and the world because, the Soul, the Self is birthless and deathless. It is birthless and deathless because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Remember:~

All your individual experiences of birth, life, death, and the world are a reality within the waking experience, but the waking experience itself is the dualistic illusion from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the witness-consciousness that experiences the action, the actor, and the world of separate things. It is like a light that illuminates everything in a theatre, revealing the master of ceremonies, the guests, and the dancers with complete impartiality. Even when they all depart, the light shines to reveal their absence.

If rightly interpreted Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom as spiritual food for the whole of humanity. Advaitic wisdom is the universal wisdom par excellence. Advaitic wisdom is not just a not a philosophy, but not a science, but the Science of Truth.

Sage Sankara gave religious, rituals and dogmatic instruction to the mass but Advaitic wisdom only to the few who could rise to it. Hence, the interpretation of his writings by commentators is often confusing because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus, they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.

In reality, three is no scope for two. Advaita means one without the second. Advaita means the Soul. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is one without the second.

Consciousness is one without the second because the world in which you exist is created out of consciousness. Thus, everything is consciousness. No second thing exists other than consciousness. Consciousness alone is real and eternal.

Advaitic truth has to be grasped mentally by realizing the form, time and space are nothing but an illusion created out of the single clay, and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Advaita, the one without the second.

If you emotionally stick to the ‘I’-centric or you-centric’ Gurus and their teaching you will never reach anywhere.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) - one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and witness of the universe, which is in the form of mind. By tracing the source of the mind or universe one will be able to realize the Brahman or God in truth.

Self-knowledge is meant only for those who have intense urge, and courage to accept the truth with humility and reject the untruth. Since people start comparing with their scriptural knowledge, it becomes impossible to assimilate and realize the non-dual truth. Therefore, there is no need to convince anyone other than our own selves to get a firm conviction.

So, they clearly indicate rituals and theories are not meant for those who are searching for higher knowledge or wisdom. The path of wisdom is the only means.

The knowledge of both matter and spirit is true knowledge. The true knowledge is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara’s wisdom itself is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana or Knowledge of God in truth.

Remember this: ~

There is no need to study neither Advaita nor Vedas nor Buddhism to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. It is no use going roundabout way; trace the Brahman.

Sage Sankara said: ~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. (1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg 25

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~ then why you indulge in studying the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study philosophy, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in studying philosophy.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge rituals, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.

~ then why you indulge in rituals.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge yoga, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~ then why you indulge in yoga.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to indulge yoga, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in yoga.

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the ‘Self’, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani) then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation. :~ Santthosh Kumaar

Mastering of various scriptures and by accumulating knowledge you cannot establish in the ‘Self’ unless you forget all.+

Mastering various scriptures and accumulated knowledge you cannot establish in the ‘Self’ unless you forget all.

A donkey with a load of holy books is still a donkey. A person who mastered scriptural knowledge is still a scholar, not a Gnani.

There is no need to read books after books. You need to realize only the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness.

Knowledge of that single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana or Advaitic wisdom.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana itself is Advaitic Gnana.

No books can do more than help us to find it, and even without them, we can get all truth if you search the truth which is hidden by the world in which we exist. You have the love for books without bondage to them; and read the books, but do not believe blindly because it well written with the ornamental world, but think for yourself. No blind belief can save you, work out on your own to find the truth, which is hidden by the form, time, and space. Think the Soul is your inner Guru - that Soul is an eternal help.

There is no need to read books to realize the truth which is beyond the form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara does not believe in books. Sage Sankara denies the authority of any book over any other book. He denies emphatically any one book contains all the truths about Brahman or God, Soul, the ultimate reality.

It is impossible to realize the Self through bookish knowledge. A feeling of profound respect for physical Guru is still more difficult to uphold. If you are seeking truth know must not cling to any physical Guru or his teaching.

Tripura Rahasya: ~ Second-hand knowledge of the Self-gathered from books or Gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realization will do that. Realize yourself, turning the mind inward. (18: 89):

You should not make any man or woman as an object of worship. If you have accepted the Atmic path then there is no need for books, no need for physical Guru, no need to worship religious God no need for any rituals. There is nothing is needed other than realizing the ‘Self is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Sage Sankara says in Viveka Chudamani:- VC- 56- Neither by Yoga, nor by Sankhya, nor by work, nor by learning, but by the realization of one's identity with Brahman is Liberation possible, and by no other means.

The seeker must first know the Soul is the only reality and that the world in which he exists is an illusion. The seeker must reason upon this truth from all points of view and up all further argumentation and realize the truth. This realization comes from being certain that Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or is real and the world in which he exists is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ “It is actually said that for one who knows Brahman, the ultimate Reality, the Veda has no meaning: Veda becomes no-Veda'.

Upanishad itself says: ~ “vacho viglapanam hi tat” ~ 'Words are only so much of distraction for such minds'.

Katha Upanishad: ~ This Atman cannot be attained by the study of the Vedas, or by intelligence, or by much hearing of sacred books. It is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (Katha Upanishad Ch-II -23-P-20)

Sage Sankara: ~ “like a servant who carries a lamp in front of you to find your way, and you have found it, so becomes the Veda to that person. What is the Veda? -- utterances of those who have known the Truth. Here is one who has known the Truth; why should he or she depend upon the Veda further? The actual experience takes you beyond books. At a certain stage, books become a botheration.”

Sage Sankara: ~VC 58- Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

VC 59.  The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

VC 60. “The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest which merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.

All the books written on Advaita by eastern and western authors are based on the dualistic perspective and orthodox point of view. Thus, they do not have the Soulcentric vision of the truth.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul. There are so many books from many authors, but none will help the seeker to reach the ultimate understanding.

The wisdom is not found in scriptures or books. There are only hidden parables here and there. There is no clear cut wisdom whatsoever in the scriptures or philosophy. Mere words ~ just a collection of words.

The wisdom is hidden within the world in which we exist. The truth is not found in the world because the world is merely an illusion created out of consciousness. The Truth is hidden within the form, time, and space, but it is beyond the form, time, and space.

Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it. Self- it was given knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the spirit is given only selected a few. Thus, we find traces of the knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study the Scriptures, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~ then why you indulge in studying the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says: ~ there is no need to study philosophy, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman

~then why you indulge in studying philosophies.

Sage Sankara says:~ the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani)

Sage Sankara says ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation. Santthosh Kumaar

God in truth is not within your body but God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe in which you exist.+

Searching for God? Remember God is not within your body but it is hidden by the world in which you exist.

God is not in any mosque, temple, or church. The religious Gods are not God in truth.

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita: ~ “Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.

On the standpoint of the Soul, the ‘Self’, whatever you have seen known and believed, and experienced as a person becomes unreal (illusion).

To realize the world in which you exist is an illusion you have to realize the fact that the ‘Self’ is not the ‘I’ but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’. Unless you realize the ‘Self’ as the Soul, you are all blinded by the dualistic illusion or Maya.

The experience of the birth, life, death, and the world as a reality within the waking experience. The waking experience is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking experience. The waking experience is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

To overcome the dualistic illusion you have to get rid of the ignorance by realizing the ‘Self’-is, not the ‘I’. until you hold the’ I’ as ‘Self’, ignorance will not vanish. So, there is a need to realize ‘what is this ‘I’?

You must realize the fact that the ‘I’ is not the ‘‘Self’’, but the ‘‘Self’’ is the formless Soul the Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Since ‘I’ is the inborn conditioning and it will not vanish by inquiring ‘Who AM ‘I’? Or just saying ‘I AM THAT’ the ignorance will not vanish. There is a need for a deeper understanding of the nature of the ‘I’.

Deeper self - search reveals the fact that the world in which you exist, is a dualistic illusion or Maya created by the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. And thus the existence of the universe in which you exist is negated, where is then any room to say that the ‘I’ is the ‘Self’. Without the ‘I’ the world, in which you exist cease to exist.

The Soul is the ‘Self’. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the substance and witness of the illusory universe or Maya. The Soul is hidden by the illusory universe or Maya and it is always apart from the illusory universe or Maya.

The Soul is hidden by the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya as its formless substance and it is without the dualistic illusion or Maya as its witness. in reality, the substance and witness of the illusion are one, in essence. That essence is consciousness. Thus, the Soul, the consciousness alone is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Upanishads: ~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

No one can teach anybody. The wisdom is hidden within the world in which you exist. A Gnani can only show the way that much is the work of a Gnani.

A Gnani only guides the seekers to apply their own reason and realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

When the seeker learns to view and judge and reason the three states on the base of the Soul, the truth will start unfolding on its own. First, the seeker may find it difficult to use Soulcentric reason but gradually it will become easy.

The Self-inquiry’ is finding out the ‘Self’ which is hidden by the illusory universe in which we exist.

By inquiring ‘Who am I?’, the ignorance will not vanish. Without getting rid of ignorance, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn. Without the Advaitic wisdom, it is not possible to realize the truth, which is hidden within the world in which we exist.

That is why Sage Sankara Says: ~ VC-63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘‘Self’’ how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

What is the use of saying ‘I AM THAT’ without knowing what the ‘‘Self’’ is in actuality?

Without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’, without realizing the truth of the world in which you exist it is impossible to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space. By a mere utterance of the word ‘I AM THAT', the truth will not be revealed. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

You cannot transcend the ‘I’ without knowing ‘what ‘I’ is in actuality.+

It is very hard to acquire Advaitic Gnana. Advaitic Gnana is for the courageous and most daring who is ready to drop all the accumulated knowledge and accept the ‘Self’ as it is and reject the untruth based on the form, time, and space.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

The Soul, the Self is hidden by the ‘I’. The Soul is hidden within the ‘I’ but it is without the ‘I’.

You cannot transcend the ‘I’ without knowing ‘what ‘I’ is in actuality. The ‘I’ is ignorance. To get rid of the ignorance, you must realize the Self is not ‘I’ but the ‘Self is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

The Self is not within the body because this body is not the Self but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The body is bound by the birth, life, death, and the world whereas, the Soul is birthless and deathless because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Consciousness pervades the form, time, and space together.

Thus, limiting consciousness only to the body is erroneous because the world in which the body exists is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

The Soul, the Self is not the body but it is the cause of the world in which the body exists.

Thus, it is necessary to realize the body and the world in which the body exists is created out of a single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Knowledge of the single clay is self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The Soul, the ‘Self’ has neither father nor mother nor friends and foes the Soul has none because they are nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.

Until you hold the Self as ‘I’ you will never be able to cross the threshold of ignorance. Without getting rid of the ignorance the dualistic illusion will prevail as a reality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
