Going beyond the Vedas, religion and personal Gods means, going beyond the illusion means is the end of Vedas (Veda-antha).+

One has to go beyond Vedas means to go beyond religion. Go beyond religion means, go beyond the belief of God.

Going beyond the Vedas, religion and personal Gods means ~ going beyond the illusion, that is the end of Vedas (Veda-antha).

In Vedanta it is that Lord teaches us in the Gita and in it,  he lashes out against the karmakanda. It is generally believed that the Buddha and Mahavira were the first to attack the Vedas.

It is not so. Lord Krishna himself’ spoke against them long before these two religious leaders. At one place in the Gita, he says to Arjuna:: "The Vedas are associated with the three qualities of sattva, rajas, and tamas.
You must transcend these three qualities. Full of desire, they (the practitioners of Vedic rituals) long for paradise and keep thinking of pleasures and material prosperity. They are born again and again and their minds are never fixed in samadhi, these men clinging to Vedic rituals.
“In another passage, Krishna declares: "Not by the Vedas is ‘Self’ to be realized, nor by sacrifices nor by much study.
Lord Krishna himself’ declares the ‘‘Self’-realization is not possible by neither by the study of the Vedas nor by sacrifices nor by many studies. Then why you are still thinking, by studying Vedas you get ‘Self’-realization.
Bhagavad- d Gita 2:46:~ "A man of true knowledge who has attained enlightenment, has the same use for all the scriptures as one has for a small reservoir of water in a place flooded on all sides.

Lord Krishna Says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self  in truth." The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

Know the Self in truth means Know God in truth. That is God without the form, time, and space. The Soul, the  ‘Self’, is God in truth. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the cause; the Soul is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Soul the Self. Never accept another God in place of the Soul nor worship other than the Soul.

When one goes into the annals of history it looks like the true Advaita expounded by Sage Sankara and Sage Goudpada was lost or mutilated by the orthodoxy.

The Advaitic wisdom is nothing to do with orthodox preaching and practice because Advaitic orthodoxy is dogmatism. If you are the Advaitic orthodoxy has to be discarded if one wants to acquire ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Sage Sankara and Sage Goudpada are independent thinkers other schools of Indian philosophy are mere theologies. Advaitic philosophy is real philosophy. The dualistic philosophy cannot escape the charge of dogmatism.

Sage Sankara was an independent thinker. His wisdom has not been taken seriously by many in India because most of the followers of Sage Sankara are religious orthodoxy.

Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

Anybody can write a commentary on the Upanishads and other great philosophic texts, all they need to do to pour out words. Some westerners along with some orthodox pundits translated and published books. The influence of Sage Sankara’s wisdom is nothing to do with orthodox belief systems.

The seeker must do his homework, and verify the validity of all the claims, rather than blindly believe, what orthodox pundits expound as knowledge, till; the un-contradicted truth is obtained.

Self- Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is only being true knowledge not the absence of duality. ’Self’ -Knowledge cannot destroy the world but it eliminates ignorance and exposes the unreal nature of the mind or the universe.

Sage Sankara:~63- Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

Sage Sankara:~ VC- 61- For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

How does one get knowledge? What is meant for knowledge? What is true knowledge? –All this of which must be dealt with by the seeker of truth to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The Self -knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana does not destroy the world but it exposes the unreal nature of the world which appears as waking and experienced as reality by the person within the waking. The same way the unreality of the dream was exposed when waking took place. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

If you are seeking the truth nothing but the truth then keep away from this Guru/disciple business.+

If you are seeking the truth nothing but the truth then keep away from this Guru/ disciple business. How you know your Guru knows the truth, simply because many people follow their Gurus you also follow.

All the Guru Parampara is for the religious people. There is no need for a Guru who wants to tread the path of wisdom.

The Soul is the Sadguru. A Guru is needed in religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The truth will start revealing on its own when your conviction of the Soul, the Self becomes firm in your subconscious. For that, you must read, reflect, and reason on my blogs and postings constantly. You have one pointed agenda is to realize the Soul, the Self hidden by the illusory world in which you exist.

If you are seeking truth then you have to do deeper self-search in order to realize the truth which is hidden by the world in which you exist. It is only Soul, the inner Guru will walk with you to the goal, for the Soul is the goal.

Tripura Rahasya: ~ Second-hand knowledge of the Self-gathered from books or Gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realization will do that. Realize yourself, turning the mind inward. (18: 89)

There is no need for a Guru to acquire Advaitic wisdom. Thus, the path of wisdom is the only means. Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and the witness of the universe (mind). By tracing the source of the mind of the universe one will be able to realize the Brahman or God in truth.

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only through inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia. There is no need to condemn Gurus, but there is a need to highlight how they become an obstacle in realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

A Guru is needed in religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire Advaitic wisdom or  Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ A wise man, having realized Brahman as his Self, should keep his higher intuitive faculty (prajna) united with Brahman. He should not oppress his mind with many words, for they are a mere waste of energy’. It has been clearly told in the Shruti: ‘Know that One and give up other talks’ (Mundaka Upanishad)

The seeker must know the difference between the Guru and a Gnani. A Gnani never identifies himself as a Guru or a Yogi or someone disciple. The one who accepts himself as a Guru or someone’s disciple is not a Gnani.

A Gnani wears no signs it means he does not identify himself as Guru or teacher or swami.

Sage Sankara: ~ On Gnani: "The knower of Brahman wears no signs. Gives up the insignia of a monk's life…his signs are not manifest, nor his behavior."

When the knower of Brahman (Gnani) wears no signs it means he does not identify himself as a Guru or a yogi or a teacher or a Swami.

By identifying as a Guru or some Guru’s disciple keeps one in the cage of ignorance. A person who identifies himself as a guru or disciple will never be able to get Advaitic Gnana.

Guru, disciple concept is meant for the religious and yogic path. In the Atmic path, the Guru and disciple concept have no value.

A person who realized the ultimate truth or Brahman will throw off his religious robe and all religious identity and lives like a commoner. He never identifies himself as Gnani nor does he identify himself as superior to others. He only shares his knowledge with fellow seekers.

A Gnani never identifies himself as a Guru or a Yogi or someone disciple. The one who accepts himself as a Guru or someone’s disciple is not a Gnani.

Ashtavakra Samhita: ~ "The man of knowledge (Gnani), though living like an ordinary man, is contrary to him and only those like him understand his state.

A Gnani never claims himself as a Gnani, he guides the seekers, not posing himself as a Guru, and he does not force his wisdom on others.

A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work. The one who he realizes Brahman becomes a Gnani. A Gnani would be there to show the way to freedom from experiencing the duality as reality. A Gnani does not identify himself as Guru or swami or yogi or sadhu.

The truth-seeker seeks only the truth. The inner Sage will guide you with love. Your sincerity and seriousness lead you to your inner core. Sincere and serious seekers are not excluded.

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani)

~ Then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

That is why Swami Vivekananda who was a disciple of Sage Ramakrishna Paramahansa himself said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”

Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread." (Select Works of Sage Sri, Sankara" also his commentary on Brihad)

Thus, the above passage proves that all those who were the sanyasin robes are wearing it for the sake of bread belongs to the religion; they are nothing to do with the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. There is no need to criticize and condemn the Gurus, yogis, and swamis because they are needed for the welfare of ignorant masses in the dualistic world.

Katha Upanishads: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (II -23-P-20)

All the chosen ones will get freedom from experiencing the illusion (duality) as a reality. All the seekers of truth are chosen ones. All the chosen ones will get freedom from experiencing the illusion (duality) as a reality:~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is most suited for the modern mindset.+

Mythological God and Goddesses are based on blind faith or belief. The blind belief is not God. The belief implies duality. From the ultimate standpoint, the duality is merely an illusion. Thus, whatever one sees, knows, believes, and experiences within the  universe, which is the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion.

Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is mere superstition. Mythology was introduced in the past for the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded as one progresses in his spiritual advancement.

Swami Vivekananda: This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourself to your own mind does not befit you, the Soul. Self is infinite, deathless, and birthless. Because the Self is infinite Spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake! Stand up and fight! Die if you must. There is none to help you. Self is the entire world. Who can help you? -

Mythology breeds superstition, blind belief, and senseless rituals, and most irrational and gives them divine outlook.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.

Mythological contains stories of people with 10 with seven heads, etc., which are fables, yet are taken seriously by pundits.  All these stories are a reality within the dualistic illusion. The waking experience is a dualistic illusion.   Thus, whatever belongs to the dualistic illusion is bound to be a falsehood. In reality, there is no duality because there is only Oneness.

That the ancient sages had miraculous occult power and books relate stories of their feats, are fairy tales were meant for children, women, and those whose minds had not developed.

When ‘Self’ is not ‘you’ than whatever you have seen, known believed, and experienced as reality is bound to be an illusion. Thus, self-realization is necessary to realize your present the world in which you exist is merely an illusion.

If the present the world in which you exist is merely an illusion, then whatever you believed as a real with the world in which you exist is bound to be an illusion.

Remember:~

Religion advocates extreme asceticism. Asceticism is a waste of time. Religion makes people stick to false beliefs, dogmas, and superstition.

Mundaka Upanishad: ~ “The rituals and the sacrifices described in the Vedas deal with lower knowledge. The Sages ignored these rituals and went in search of higher knowledge. ... Such rituals are unsafe rafts for crossing The sea of samsara, of birth and death. Doomed to shipwreck are those who try to cross The sea of samsara on these poor rafts. Ignorant of their own ignorance, yet wise in their own esteem, these deluded men Proud of their vain learning go round and round Like the blind led by the blind.

Sage Sankara says: ~ The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards are therefore addressed to an ignorant person. Thus, the rituals are meant for ignorant people.

Upanishad says: ~ The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate the personal Gods, scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana, then why anyone should indulge in it.

Religion, the concept of individualized God, belief in physical Guru scriptures are a great obstacle to Self-realization because they are based on the ego, which is the false self.

The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper Self-search and assimilate and realize it.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) - one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Then it is no use going a roundabout way, trace the Brahman which is the formless substance and witness of the universe, which is in the form of mind. By tracing the source of the mind or universe one will be able to realize the Brahman or God in truth.

Religion has become merely a matter of rituals, glorifying false Gods as real God and ceremonies and individual conduct, it has become a prison for the Soul, the innermost Self.

People are making unlimited sacrifices and enduring unlimited suffering in the name of protecting their religion and God. They are therefore ignorant about the truth and incapable of understanding the ultimate truth, which is universal God.

All organized religions have unequivocally claimed man for the life in the truth; thus it is sheer folly to fight in the name of religion and God.

It is high time that humanity had a fresh vision of truth that the mind, which is present in the form of the universe, is a myth and consciousness is real and eternal.

On the base of consciousness as Self, the physical life is a vain and empty pursuit of illusory values.

Parental grooming is the main cause of religious influence upon the mass mindset and it cannot be wiped out without knowing the truth of one’s true existence. Thus, teaching children to view and judge everything on the religious point of view by their parents, which warps the minds and destroys the capacity to think beyond the belief system of their grooming.

People who are yearning for spiritual truth will not find what they are seeking in religion and yoga. Religious truth is individual truth and it is not universal truth because religion is based on individuality.

Atmic path is not the religious and yogic path. Atmic path is nothing to do with religion and yoga.

There is no need to walk in the mountains in search of the truth.

There is no need to meet any Gurus.

There is no need to renounce family life.

There is no need to study the scriptures.

There is no need for glorifying the Gurus.

There is a need to spend the fortune to please the Gurus.

Going to the mountains, searching for a Guru, renouncing the family life, studying the scriptures, glorifying the personal Gods and Gurus are the greatest obstacle for Self-realization.

One need not be a monk, a sanyasi, or swami to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana. Religious rituals scriptural mastery are not a qualification to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana. Monkhood and sanyasa is a great obstacle to Self- realization.

Guru, Swami, Yogi, Sadhu belongs to religious paths. Religious paths are paths meant for the ignorant who blindly accept their experience the birth, life, death, and the world as a reality because the universe is the product of ignorance.

When the Advaitic wisdom dawns then the unreal nature of the world in which you exist is exposed. Thus, whatever experiences take place within the world in which you exist is bound to be a falsehood.

The Guru, Swami, Yogi, Sadhu, nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman because they are based on the false self (ego), and false experience (waking). The Path of wisdom is only for those who are seriously in search of ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana is the mother of all knowledge

Some are intoxicated with the theory of karma; some are with the theory of cause and effect, some with love alone, some with humanism, some with service, and some with the rituals, worship, some with glorifying and surrendering to the guru, some with their logical and intellectual conclusions, some with their orthodoxy and some with their Yogic Samadhi. But all these are the biggest hindrance, not the qualification to acquire Advaitic wisdom.

It is a waste of time to convince these people because they have already had accepted something else as truth. Thus, they will not have any urge to know the ultimate truth. Therefore, it is no use discussing with such a crowd and it is better to avoid such a mindset if one seriously seeking the truth.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10): ~ Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they enter again this world or a lower one.

It is high time to stop judging who is right and who is wrong in this unreal world instead spend the same time acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana to realize the world (Samsara) is unreal the Brahman alone is real.

According to Advaita Vedanta, the Veda addresses itself to two kinds of audiences - the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the most advanced seeker, who seeks to know Brahman. Thus, the purva mimam.sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond such transient pleasures.

The orthodox people are ordinary people. Thus, the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures are obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices. The karma kanda of the Vedas is meant for the ordinary audience, to help lead its followers along the way.

A modern mindset is more advanced and capable of reasoning and discriminating. Thus, the modern mindset is the most advanced which seeks to know the ultimate truth or Brahman.

It is high time for the highly educated religious people to realize their religious path was meant for the ignorant in the past, therefore, it is outdated not suited for the modern mindset.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is most suited for the modern mindset. The orthodox religious Advaitic path is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Thus, getting stuck with the religious path is getting stuck with duality.

Getting stuck with duality is getting stuck with falsehood.

Getting stuck with the falsehood is accepting the experience of birth, life, death, and the world as a reality.

Thus, the people who want freedom or Moksha right here right now in this very life and in this very world must follow the path of wisdom or Soulcentric reason.

Religion is the path of ignorance because it holds the illusory experience of birth, life, death, and the world as a reality.

It is high time to stop judging who is right and who is wrong in this unreal world instead one has to spend the same time to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana by realizing ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal’.: ~Santthosh Kumaar

Astrological calculations are based on the birth entity.+

From the standpoint of the Soul the innermost Self, the Astrology, Planetary positions belong to the dualistic illusion. The experience of birth, life, death, and the world is within the dualistic illusion. Astrology is not a science but Astronomy is science.

Astrology is based on the birth entity (form). Astrology is a reality within the domain of form, time, and space. Without the form, time, and space there is no astrology. It is impossible to make a horoscope of the unborn Soul, which is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

Astrological calculations are based on the birth entity. The birth entity is the false Self (waking entity or ego) within the false experience (waking) whereas the Soul, the  Self is the birthless and deathless because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

From the standpoint of the birthless and deathless Self ~ the form, time, and space cease to exist. Without form, time, and space the whole cosmos ceases to exist. Thus, the planetary strength does not arise because it is part of the illusion.

Astrology is meant for the ignorant mass, who believes the illusory form, time, and space as a reality.

From the Vedic perspective, all the Astrological remedies or Parihar as based on the non-Vedic Gods rituals and worship are nothing but falsehood because the Rig Veda says, May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

On the non-dualistic perspective, dualistic Astrology has no value. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

What is the use of searching for Gurus in order to get truth realization? What is the use of wandering in the mountains is the search for truth?+

Before the appearance of the ‘I’ there was only the Soul or consciousness. After the disappearance of the ‘I’, the Soul or  consciousness alone prevails as the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

First, you must make sure the ‘I’ itself is illusory because the ‘I’ is not permanent. No second thing existed prior to the appearance of the ‘I’ and ‘I’ never exists now and also ‘I’ never exists in the future. The ‘I’ is merely an illusory appearance.

Let you be clear on one thing. The ‘I’ is mere a dualistic illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. but in the reality, ‘I’ neither exists in the past nor exists now, nor going to exist in the future. Whatever existed in the past and whatever exists now and whatever is going to exists in the future is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

Whatever has appeared as ‘I’ is nothing but consciousness? The ‘I’ has no value because it is merely an illusion.

If you search for the truth and you will find only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. If you search for the Soul then you will find only the Soul, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.

The ‘I’ is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

Remember this:~

What is the use of reading thousands of pages, on truth?

What is the use of searching for Gurus in order to get truth realization?

What is the use of wandering in the mountains is the search for truth?

What is the use of indulging in yogic Samadhi or meditation within the unreal world?

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole. Without realizing what is this ‘I’ you will never realize the truth which is beyond form, time, and space.

All the Gurus glorified the ‘I’. Thus, it becomes very difficult to discard the ‘I’. Those who have accepted the ‘I’ based teaching refuse to accept anything other than their accepted truth.

Till you hold the ‘‘Self’’ as the ‘I’, your knowledge remains skin deep. What is it that appears as the ‘I’ and disappears as the ‘I-less? It is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not make the mistake of holding the ‘I’ as the ‘Self’ because it is not permanent. ‘I’ disappears and becomes ‘I’-less. ‘I’ is an illusion and the ‘I-LESS’ is real and eternal. The ‘I-LESS ‘appears as ‘I’ and ‘I ’‘disappears as I-LESS.

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole. The earliest ancient sages used the word ‘I’ to the witness of the three states not to the ego as moderns use it and think the ‘I’ without the body is the ‘Self’. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the ‘Self’, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true ‘Self’, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say ‘I’ if you feel the ‘‘Self’’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Gnanis have ignored the opinions of whole peoples in their independent search for truth and questioned all authorities until they could be proved to be true.+

Gnanis have ignored the opinions of whole peoples in their independent search for truth and questioned all beliefs, all scriptures, all authorities until they could be proved to be true.

Even the arguments that religions have been followed since time immemorial makes no difference to them because if people have believed a false thing over thousands of years, the length of time does not prove it true.
The ultimate truth does not belong to the religion because the religion and its blind belief based God and its scriptures are a reality within the scope of form, time, and space whereas the ultimate truth is beyond form, time, and space.
The Gnani will follow whatever occupation he wishes according to circumstances. There are no prohibitions for him. He may be a peasant or a billionaire.
Gnanis do not perform miracles to attract attention to the truth. If anyone performed Miracles in a dream the dream, becomes unreal when the waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when wisdom dawns.
Advaitic Wisdom dawns when the waking entity (you) realizes it itself is not the Self, but the Self is the Soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states. The witness of the three states and the three states are one in essence. That essence is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Gnanis accepts the sameness in pleasure and pain because he is fully aware of the fact that pleasure, pain, and the world are made of the same stuff and that stuff is the Soul or the consciousness. Without consciousness, there is no pleasure, pain, and the world.
Gnani’s position is that if enjoyment comes, he accepts it; if it does not, he keeps quiet. Even when he is taking pleasures, however, they do not delude him and he regards them as a game he is playing for he knows their unreality: he does not take them seriously.
A Gnani is always there to remind us of the Truth and gives correct guidance.
The ultimate truth is that the seekers have to do their own homework and no God will come to do it. Sadly this is not acceptable to many.
A Gnani will never advertise. A Gnana is like a flower. People reach them following the fragrance.
People can only lecture for giving out falsehood, but it is a waste of time that delivers a public lecture giving out the truth. The illusions that appeal to the taste of the audience because they are ignorant about the world in which they exist is merely an illusion, from the standpoint of the Soul, the Self.
For a crowd at a venue will contain men of varying capacities to understand, of whom only one or two might be receptive to receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
If one wants to interview a Gnani then he must be ripe enough to understand what a Gnani is pointing at.

A Gnani will be withholding the truth because he is aware of the fact that, the unready people will not understand what he is saying. The path of wisdom is not the path of argument. The argument is possible only from the standpoint of the ego, which is the false self within the false experience.
That is why Bhagavad Gita says: ~ "Don't unsettle the minds of the ignorant by revealing the esoteric truth.”
A Gnani may travel provided he actively engaged therein helping the serious seekers.
For the benefit of those who think from the lower standpoint of the world of duality, the Gnani tells them to follow their chosen path and when they are convinced that their chosen paths are inadequate and useless in quenching their inner thirst then only they take the path of wisdom.
Gnani will not talk about practical life within the practical world. A Gnani will open up the knowledge treasure to a genuine seeker.:~Santthosh Kumaar

People are misled because Advaitic Orthodoxy misinterpreted Sage Sankara and presented only the religious side of his teaching as the highest doctrine.

People who stuck to orthodoxy never will be able to cross the prison of duality. Without crossing the prison of duality, Self-awareness is an impossibility. Thus Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana is necessary to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Even the arguments that religions have been followed since time immemorial makes no difference to them because if people have believed a false thing over thousands of years, the length of time does not prove it true.

People are misled because Advaitic Orthodoxy misinterpreted Sage Sankara and presented only the religious side of his teaching as the highest doctrine.

Adyatma is nothing to do with religious orthodox sect or creed and religious belief. Adyatma is pure spirituality. Knowledge of Atma is Adyatma. Advaita is Adyatma.

Adyatma is the knowledge of the truth beyond the form, time, and space. Bifurcate religion, yoga, and theoretical philosophy and based the truth on the Athma it is Adyatma.

Adyatma is based on the ultimate truth which is based on the Atma or Spirit, which is the Self.

Sage Sankara's Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality or Adyathma noting to do with Advaitic orthodoxy.

The orthodoxy is based on rituals and mythical Gods and Karma. Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is nothing to with Advaitic orthodoxy.

Remember:~Sage Sankara says: ~ Karma is not competent to remove ignorance without getting rid of the ignorance there is no possibility of liberation.

Sage Sankara says: ~ Karma is not competent to remove ignorance, for it is not opposed to it. It does not matter in what way we characterize ignorance, whether as the absence of knowledge or as doubt or as erroneous knowledge. It is always removable by knowledge, but not by action in any of its forms, for there is no contradiction between ignorance and karma. (Commentary on   Brah.3-3-1 )

Taittiriya Vartika, verse-24: ~ There is also another reason for rejecting this view. Karma involves duality in the form of means and end, doer and deed. The perception of duality is ignorance. Further, it is only a person who has a desire to perform karma. Since he is ignorant of the non-dual Self, he thinks that there are objects other than the Self which he should strive for and that there are persons for whom he should suffer in his body. "He struggles desiring something for himself, something else for his son, the third thing for his wife and so on and gets involved in the cycle of births and deaths." (Brh. Up. Sankara's Commentary, 4-4-12)

In short, karma presupposes desire, involves duality, and is, therefore, a product of avidya. If so, how can it destroy avidya, the root cause of bondage, and thereby cause liberation?

You are being conditioned by the religious myth which has made you a non-thinker. Come out of the religious myth by realizing God in truth.

Let Advaitic wisdom annihilate ignorance (I) and reveal Soul, the Self the God in truth. Let your ears become deaf to the untruth propagated by the religion as a reality; enable you to realize the truth hidden by the ignorance (I). Let your eyes become blind to illusion to receive the Soul as the Self as it is in the midst of the dualistic illusion.

All the orthodox ideas were rejected by Sage Sankara. There is no need to indulge in rituals, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. There is no need to study philosophy, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why you indulge in studying philosophy.

Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)

Sage Sankara pointed out those rituals could in no way bring about wisdom, much less moksha.

Sage Sankara says the rewards of the rituals are not a matter of direct realization. Advaitic wisdom is based on personal realization.

The orthodox Advaitin believes that rituals alone would lead one to higher levels of attainment. Further, the deities would reward only those entitled to perform the rituals alone. The entitlement involved the caste, creed, and other parameters.

The scriptural authority and value of rituals are part of the Advaitic orthodoxy, which is meant for ignorant people.

The Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is nothing to do with religion, caste, rituals, worship, yoga, and other practices. Therefore an obvious disparity between Sage Sankara‘s path of Gnana and the path of Karma. Path of Gnana is meant for the advanced seeker of truth and path of Karma is meant for the ignorant populace.

Even Sage Sankara appears and tells the orthodox people the path of orthodoxy is the path of ignorance they will not be able to drop their inherited samskara or conditioning, which they think is the only way to reach heaven and reap a happy life in the next life.

As regards the rituals, Sage Sankara says, the person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view himself in terms of the caste into which he is born, his age, the stage of his life, his standing in society, etc. Also, he is required to perform rituals all through his life. However, the Self has none of those attributes or tags. Hence, the person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal Self and identifies the ‘Self’ with the body is confusing one for the other; and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.- (11- Adhyasa Bhashya)

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they still remain in ignorance of the Atman the real God.

As a person, one performs rituals throughout his life. The person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view the world in which he exists as a reality. However, the Soul, the Self unborn eternal hidden by the world in which he exists. From the standpoint of the Soul, the world in which he exists is merely an illusion.

The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (9) - Children, immersed in ignorance in various ways, flatter themselves, saying: We have accomplished life's purpose. Because these performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken, when the fruit of their work is exhausted.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (8) - Fools, dwelling in darkness, but wise in their own conceit and puffed up with vain scholarship, wander about, being afflicted by many ills, like blind men led by the blind.

Ish Upanishad declares: - Those people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide 10/11/12

The religious orthodox people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide, as it were, are doomed to enter those worlds after death.

This is a condemnation of people who do not try to attain Self-knowledge. They are, in a real sense, committing suicide, for what can be worse than being a slave to sense enjoyment, completely oblivious of the real purpose of life, which is to be one ’s, own master? :~ Santthosh Kumaar

Discussion with the right people is always better than arguments with the wrong people. Silence is always better than a meaningless discussion.+

Discussion with the right people is always better than arguments with the wrong people. Silence is always better than a meaningless discussion.

The words that mean different things to different people, It is what's behind the words between the lines that matter. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is meant for those who are sinuously seeking truth nothing but the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The seeker should be aware of everything untrue, stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The Soul has to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and then only it is possible to realize the form, time and space are one in essence. That essence is the Soul or consciousness. If the form time and space are one in essence, then there is no division in consciousness. If there is no division in consciousness, there no duality, if there is no duality then there is unity in diversity.

Ignorance is the cause of experiencing duality as reality. By realizing Soul as the Self leads to Advaitic Self-awareness. The Soul, the Self is Absolute Knowledge, which cannot be negated. The nature of the Soul is Advaitic awareness.

Jesus said:~"Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find it, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)

Jesus said: ~” Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you. (THE GOSPEL OF THOMAS- Saying 5)

Bible says: “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24)”,

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~  God is the Supreme Spirit.

There is no God but God. There is no God because the world in which we exist is merely an illusion created out of God, the Spirit. Call it with any name God is universal. God belongs to the whole of humanity.

Religion creates separation God is unity in diversity. God is one which the cause of the whole world in which humanity exists. there is no God but God means the world in which we exist is an illusion the GOD is the cause of the world is real and eternal. God alone is real and all else is an illusion. There is no second thing that exists other than the Spirit, God thus, God is Advaita.

Religion belongs to you. The religious belief of God belongs to you. All religious code of conduct belongs to you. Religion belongs to you. But remember you belong to the falsehood because the world in which you exist is created out of the Spirit, the God, which is present in the form of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

God is divine, only held in the bondage of the ignorance (matter); perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from ignorance. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
